يشهد القرن الحالي ثورة هائلة في مجال الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات كان لها أثرها الكبير على شكل الاتصال ومحتواه وأساليب إنتاجه والمتغيرات المشتركة في عملية الإنتاج، ويعد الانتشار الواسع للتكنولوجيا الحديثة للاتصال، وتبادل المعلومات من اهم سمات المجتمعات المعاصرة، التي أدت إلى إجماع بين الخبراء بأن مثل هذا الاتجاه سيؤدي إلى ألفية ثالثة تعتمد بصوت شبة كلية على إنتاج وعرض خدمات معلوماتية ولا شك أن شبكة المعلومات الإلكترونية المعروفة باسم الأنترنت تعتبر من أفضل طرق تداول المعلومات حاليا. وقد نشأت هذه الشبكة نتيجة حاجة مستخدمي أجهزة الكمبيوتر المشاركة في المعلومات التي تخزنها هذه الأجهزة، ويتم الاتصال بواسطة الكمبيوتر عبر شبكة الأنترنت التي تعد ثورة إليكترونية في غاية الأهمية. ويتمثل التأثير الكبير تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تجريد الاتصال من النواحي الإنسانية وبين الأفراد وطريقة التعامل بينهم، وإذا أستمر المجتمع في استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال تحظى سريعة فإن الأفراد لن يستطيعوا اللحاق بها. وهذا التطوير كان له تأثيرات هامة على سلوك الأفراد والمجتمع بشكل عام، وذلك بسبب دقة هذه الوسائل وسرعتها الفائقة في تنسيق المعلومات وإرسالها والتي من الممكن أن يكون لها تأثير على بعض المهارات الاجتماعية والتي تعد هامة في حياة هذه المرحلة العمرية حيث تساعد على بناء الشخصية الاعتماد على الذات والقدرة على المبادرة والتوافق مع المحيطين به من الأهل والأصدقاء ويمكن تجديد مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤلات التالية: 1-أنماط تعرض طلاب المرحلة الثانوية إلى الإنترنت؟ 2-ما العلاقة بين أنماط تعرض طلاب المرحلة الثانوية للإنترنت وبين بعض المهارات الاجتماعية؟ وقد انطلقت الدراسة من عدة أهداف تمثلت في: -الوقوف على استخدام طلاب المرحلة الثانوية للتكنولوجيا الحديثة (الإنترنت) -التعرف على العلاقة بين استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة (الإنترنت) وبعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية. -اللقاء الضوء على العلاقة بين استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة (الإنترنت) إما عن فروض الدراسة فقد تمثلت في فرضين أساسين تم اختبارهم من خلال أدوات الدراسة، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية وتم استخدام منهج المسح واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة والتي بلغت (140) مفردة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية. ومن أهم المصطلحات المستخدمة في الدراسة مفهوم الإنترنت والمهارات الاجتماعية وقد استعرضت الباحثة إطار نظري للدراسة، كما استعرضت أهم الدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بها، وقد عقبت الدراسة السابقة من حيث أوجه التشابه والاختلاف وأوجه الإفادة منها، وتمت معالجة البيانات من خلال البرنامج الإحصائي spss وتم التوصل إلى النتائج من أهمها: - وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين معدل استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة ومهارة التعاون ومهارة الاستقلالية، وهذا يعد مؤشرا للتأثير الذي يمكن أن تحدثه تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في التفاعلات الاجتماعية داخل المجتمع إذا ما توفرت الوسيلة بشكل أكبر أو زادت معدلات الاستخدام الأمر الذي قد يؤثر على المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأفراد.
The present century has witnessed a tremendous revolution in the fields of communication and information technology. This revolution has a great effect on the shape and content of communication, ways and methods of its production and the common variables in the production process. The wide spread of modem technology in communication and the interchange of information are considered the most important characteristics of modem societies. This has resulted in consensus agreement among experts that such a tendency will lead to a third millennium that depends, to a great extent, on the production of information services. There is no doubt that the electronic information network known as the “Internet” is considered the best means for the circulation of information at present. The great effect of communication technology is effective when we deprive communication of the human aspects, the individuals and the ways of interaction among them. If the community continues using communication technology with speedy steps, the individuals will not then be able to overtake it. This development has important effects on the individuals’ behaviour and on the society in general and this is because of the accuracy and precision of such means and their tremendous speed in arranging and transmitting information; a fact that may have an effect on some social skills which is important in the life of this age group as it helps in personality formation, self-reliance, initiative ability and adaptation with the other individuals, relatives and friends. The problem of the study can represented in the following questions: 1-What are the ways of communicating through the internet that are experienced by the secondary school students? 2-What is the relationship between those ways of communication and some social skills? The study depends on some aims that are represented in the following: 3-Recognizing how secondary school students use modem technology (the internet). 4-Recognizing the relationship between the use of modem communication technology (the internet) and some demographic variables among secondary school students. 5-Highlighting the relationship between the use of modem technology (the internet) and some social skills. The study hypotheses are represented in two main hypotheses through the application of study instruments. This study is a descriptive one. It makes use of survey method. It also uses the questionnaire as a tool for gathering data from the study sample which is composed of 140 secondary school students. The most important used terminologies are the “internet” concept and the “social skills”. The researcher has provided a theoretical framework for the study. She has also reviewed the most important previous studies relevant to the research. She has stressed the points of similarity and difference among those studies and the ways of getting benefited from them. Data have been processed through the SPSS statistical programme and the following results have been reached: There is a correlation between the rate of using modem communication technology and both the cooperation skill and the independence skill. This is considered an indicator of the effect of modem communication technology on social interactions within the society if the means is provided to a greater extent or if the rate of using the internet is increased; a fact that may affect the social skills among individuals.
