المستخلص: نتيجة للتطور السريع الحاصل في إنتاج الدواجن في العديد من بلدان العالم ذات الأجواء المناخية المتنوعة، زاد الاهتمام بدراسة تأثير العناصر المناخية مثل الإشعاع الشمسي ودرجات حرارة والرطوبة والرياح على أدائها، ووضعت المعالجات التي من شأنها أن تعمل على تحسين إنتاجية الدواجن في تلك المناطق باتجاهات علمية بحثية مختلفة. تعتبر هذه الدراسة جزء من هذه اتجاهات العلمية التي تختص بدراسة أثر الخصائص المناخية في إنتاج الدواجن في محافظة أربيل، من خلال دراسة الخصائص المناخية للمنطقة ومشاريع انتتاج الدواجن فيها وتوزيعها الجغرافي وذلك بهدف بيان الخلافة بين الخصائص المناخية وإنتاج الدواجن وتوزيعها الجغرافي فيها، واعتمدنا في ذلك على البيانات الزراعية الخاصة بالدواجن المتوفرة للسنوات (2008-2015). وبيانات مناخية (3) محطات مناخية ما بين سنة (1992) إلى (2015) و(4) محطات الزراعية ما بين سنة (2002) إلى (2015). وكذلك التطرق إلى المشكلات التي تواجه انتتاج الدواجن فضلا عن الحلول المقترحة للمشكلات التي تواجه مشاريع الدواجن في المحافظة. وقد خلصت الدارسة إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات أهمها هناك تأثير مباشر وغير مباشر للعناصر المناخية على إنتاج الدواجن وتوزيعها الجغرافي في محافظة اربيل فضلا عن ارتفاع درجة الحرارة في حقول الدواجن خلال اشهر الصيف الحارة في منطقة الدراسة من المشكلات المهمة جدا والتي تعيق او تؤثر في انتاج الدواجن خلال هذه الأشهر, ويعد هذا الارتفاع في درجة الحرارة غير ملائم لإنتاج الدواجن ، إذ يؤدي الى ارتفاع عدد الهلاكات في الطيور والى قلة استهلاكها من الغذاء الذي يؤدي الى انخفاض معدل الوزن لفروج اللحم، فضلا عن انخفاض انتاج البيض. اضافة الى ذلك ما زلت مشاريع انتاج الدواجن في منطقة الدراسة قديمة وقليله ولم بتجاز( 481) مشروعا ولا ترقى الى ما وصلت اليه الدول المتقدمة. فى النهاية توصلت الدراسة، الى جملة من المقترحات أهمها التوجه نحو انشاء مشاريع الدواجن لاسيما المشاريع المتخصصة بانتاج اللحوم فى الاراضي غير الصالحة، للاستثمار الزراعي النباتي , إذ تبلغ نسبة هذه الاراضي ( 8143.5 كم2) و التي تشكل 57.5% من مجموع المساحة، الكلية لمنطقة الدراسة, فضلا عن إنشاء حقول من قبل الهيئات والمؤسسات الحكومي وبمواصفات علمية وتوفير كافة مستلزماتها من إعلان وكادر وأدوية وغير ذلك لتصبح حقول إنتاج نموذجية يهتدي بها القطاع الخاص.

Due to the rapid development in the poultry production in many countries that have diverse climatic conditions, results more attention to investigate the effects of climatic elements such as; solar radiation ,temperature, humidity and wind on the poultry production performance, and to provide appropriate solution to improve their production in those areas under investigation. This study can be counted as a part of the scientific researches that focuses on the impact of climate elements on the poultry production in the province of Erbil, through investigating the climatic characteristics of the area and poultry production and geographical distribution of the poultry projects in the area. This is to assess the relationship between climate characteristics and poultry production and geographical distribution in the area. Therefore, we have focused on the privet poultry data available for the years (2008-2015) with the climatic data of three weather stations around the area, between the years (1992) to (2015) and four agricultural stations from the year (2002) to (2015). As well as we have selected those problems that faced the poultry production farm in this area with an attempt to provide a potential solution for those problems. The results of this study revealed that the climatic elements affected the poultry production and its geographical distribution both directly and indirectly in the province of Erbil. One of the pronounced problem found by this study was high temperature during the hot season that affected the poultry projects, because during the hot season such as summer the birds will decrease their consumption of food as a result it will affect the meat and egg production rates of the whole poultry. Furthermore, the poultry projects in the area is low and old, as the total projects not more than (481). Finally, the study provides a number of recommendation, such as trend towards the build and open new poultry projects that specialized for meat product on the lands that is not suitable for agricultural and vegetation investment projects, with the proportion of these lands (8143.5 km 2), which constitute 57.5% of the total area of the study area, as well as build new fields by government and scientific institutions to provide all the accessories of the declaration and the staff, medicines and so on to become a typical production fields guided by the private sector.
