|a يحاول المقال تحليل إشكالية الانتقال الديمقراطي في الجزائر، والمعوقات التي تقف في طريق الجزائر لبلوغ هذا المسعى، وذلك بتبني مقاربة بنيوية. بعبارة أخرى؛ محاولة تحليل البنى السياسية-الدستورية والإقتصادية المجتمعية وحتى الثقافية التي تقوم عليها الدولة الجزائرية، ومحاولة فهم ما إن كانت هذه البنى عقبات أو ممكنات أمام الجزائر في سبيل تحقيقها الانتقال نحو الديمقراطية. لذلك يسعى المقال إلى معالجة إشكالية مركزية مفادها: هل ستتمكن الجزائر من التحول نحو الديمقراطية في ظل البنى التي تقوم عليها الدولة؟

|b This essay takes up the issue of the democratic transition in Algeria, in addition to the obstacles Algeria is facing to rach such goal, through adopting a structural approach, in other words, we seek to analyze the societal, economic, constitutional and political structures, even the cultural ones on which the Algerian State is based. Furthermore, such structures are to be understood if they are obstacles or possible choices to Algeria in the path of the achievement of its transition to democracy.

|d Cet article est pour objectif d’analyser la transition démocratique en Algérie, et les obstacles qui rencontrent l’Algérie pour atteindre à ce but. Cela, à travers l’adoption d’une approche structurelle. Autrement dit ; essayer d’analyser les structures politico-constitutionnelles, économiques et socioculturelles que l’état algérien sur laquelle se repose. Et essayer de comprendre à quelle mesure ces structures considèrent comme des obstacles ou des facilitateurs vers la transition démocratique.
