هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى أثر استخدام تصميم النظم الإلكترونية على إعادة هندسة نظم العمليات الإدارية بأمانة الطائف، وشملت عينة عشوائية من الموظفين والإداريين ومراتبهم الإدارية والوظيفية بلغت (85) بأمانة الطائف، ولأغراض هذه الدراسة تم بناء استبانة لقياس المتغيرات المستقلة (قياس أثر استخدام تصميم النظم الإلكترونية) والمتغيرات التابعة عناصر (إعادة هندسة نظم العمليات الإدارية)، ولاختبار الفرضيات استخدم الباحث الإحصاءات الوصفية والانحدار المتعدد. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان من أهمها: 1- هنالك تقدير مرتفع لأبعاد تصميم النظم الإلكترونية وكان من أكثر الأبعاد تقديرا (قاعدة بيانات مرنة متطورة) حيث كان الوسط الحسابي (4.78). 2- هنالك تأثير ايجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد تصميم النظم الإلكترونية (دقة المعلومات، ملائمة المعلومات) على إعادة هندسة نظم العمليات الإدارية. 3- وهنالك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد العينة لمستوي خصائص تصميم النظم الإلكترونية على إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية تعزي لخصائصهم الديموغرافية (المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة). وقدمت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات التي تمكن من الاستفادة من النتائج التي توصلت إليها.
This study aimed to impact the use of electronic systems, Business Process Re-engineering systems honestly Taif design, and included a random sample of staff and administrators administrative and functional rank of (85) honestly Taif, For the purpose of this study was to build a questionnaire to measure the independent variables (measuring the impact of the use of electronic systems design) and variables of the elements (re-engineering of administrative processes systems), and to test the hypotheses, the researcher used descriptive statistics and multiple regression. The study found a number of results was the most important: 1- There is a high estimate of the dimensions of electronic systems design and was one of the most-dimensional recognition (advanced flexible database), where he was the arithmetic mean (4.78). 2- There is a positive effect statistically significant dimensions of electronic systems design (accuracy of the information, appropriate information) on the Business Process Re-engineering systems. 3- There is the presence of statistically significant differences in the sample estimate of the level of electronic systems re administrative operations attributable to demographic characteristics engineering design characteristics differences (qualification, experience). The study made a number of recommendations, which were able to benefit from the findings
