المستخلص: Road terrorism “traffic accidents” is a real dilemma that threatens all road users, and a concern that concerns the competent authorities. This is what we are witnessing in reality and the constantly increasing statistics on traffic accidents in Algeria, which do not indicate traffic safety.
It is also an indicator that threatens the physical and psychological health of an Algerian individual, so through these research papers we have tried to address the study of post-traumatic stress disorder caused by a traffic accident. And we did a procedural study in which we relied on the clinical approach and the method of the case.
We used the clinical observation, the bi-directional interview for research and the Davidson PTSD measure, and it was applied to an intended sample of three cases of traffic accidents. The results resulted in symptoms of post-traumatic stress caused by a traffic accident, which represents the traumatic accident. All three basic diagnostic signs were available: re-living syndrome, avoidance syndrome, and neural hyperactivity syndrome.

le terrorisme de routes "les accidents de la circulation" devenue un véritable dilemme menacent tous les utilisateurs routiers, et prémonition veillent les autorités, ce que nous voyons à la réalité avec l’augmentation accrue des statistiques en Algérie qui ne pronostique pas à la sécurité routière, ils sont considérés un indice grave menace la santé physique et psychologique, c'est pourquoi nous avons essayé à partir de ces feuillets d'aborder le trouble de stress post-traumatique (PTSD) résultant d'un accident routier, et nous avons la procédure de l'étude avec la méthode clinique et l’étude de cas (l’observation et l’entretien clinique demi-directive pour la recherche et l’échelle de "Davidson"),
ont été appliquées à trois cas victimes d'accidents routier, les résultats apparaissent leurs souffrances du syndrome de stress post-traumatique, en raison l'accident de la circulation qui représente l’évènement traumatisant, et les trois syndromes indicateurs qui diagnostic le (PTSD) : la reviviscence de l’évènement, l’évitement et les symptômes de l’hyper neuro-végétatives.

يشكل ارهاب الطرقات "حوادث المرور" معضلة حقيقية تهدد كل مستعملي الطرقات، وهاجس يؤرق السلطات المختصة، وهذا ما نشهد عليه واقعيا وتسفر عنه الإحصائيات المتزايدة باستمرار حول حوادث المرور في الجزائر التي لا تنبئ عن السلامة المرورية، كما أنه مؤشر يهدد الصحة الجسدية والنفسية للفرد الجزائري، لذلك فقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الوريقات البحثية تناول دراسة اضطراب الإجهاد ما بعد الصدمة الناجم عن حادث مرور، وقمنا إجرائيا بدراسة اعتمدنا فيها على المنهج العيادي وطريقة الحالة، واستعملنا الملاحظة الإكلينيكية، والمقابلة الإكلينيكية النصف توجيهية بهدف البحث ومقياس "دافيدسون" للكرب ما بعد الصدمة، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قصدية قوامها ثلاث حالات تعرضت لحوادث مرور، حيث أسفرت النتائج عن معاناتهم من أعراض الإجهاد ما بعد الصدمة بسبب حادث المرور الذي يمثل الحادث الصدمي، وتوفرت فيهم كل مؤشرات التناذرات الثلاث الأساسية التشخيصية: تناذر إعادة المعايشة، وتناذر التجنب وتناذر فرط النشاط العصبي الاعاشي.
