المستخلص: The aim of this paper is to study the development of the overall performance of the public industrial sector in Algeria since the start of public investment programs. The country's trend towards sustainable development has been translated into a huge investment policy since 2001. We are reaping its fruits. The Public Industrial Corporation, which benefited greatly from these programs, was the first to rely on in achieving the country's goals.
Achieving these goals and fulfilling commitments by forcing enterprises to change their performance measurement system from measuring economic performance only to measuring overall performance extends to social and environmental areas.
Through the analysis and interpretation of the statistics collected for the period 2001 to 2004, the paper concluded that the performance of public industrial enterprises is still far from planned, although their weight in the national economy remains significant.

الهدف من هذه الورقة هو دراسة تطور الأداء الشامل للقطاع الصناعي العمومي في الجزائر وذلك منذ بدء برامج الاستثمار العمومي. إن اتجاه البلد نحو تنمية مستدامة قد تم ترجمته في سياسة استثمارية ضخمة منذ عام 2001 نحن بصدد حصاد ثمارها٠ المؤسسة العمومية الصناعية والتي استفادت كثيرا من هذه البرامج ء كانت أول من يعول عليه في تحقيق أهداف البلاد.
إن تحقيق هذه الأهداف والوفاء بالالتزامات، بجبر المؤسسات على تغيير نظام قياس أدائهم من قياس الأداء الاقتصادي فقط إلى قياس، أداء شامل يمتد إلى مجالات الاجتماعية والبيئية.
وخلصت الورقة من خلال تحليل وتفسير الإحصاءات التي تم جمعها للفترة ما بين 2001 و2004أن أداء المؤسسات الصناعية العمومية مازال بعيدا عن ما خطط له رغم أن وزنها في الاقتصاد الوطني ما يزال هاما.
