|b Anyone who wants to examine the "Introduction" of Ibn Khaldun (al mukadimah) notes that it is not in search of history and social studies only; it is the principles and theories to the study of educational and psychological issues as well, along with a variety of Sciences, Arts and Letters branches, which it shows the views of value, some of them approved by the pedagogy and science of modern psychology; some have passed within the time trials. In this paper, we summarize the most important aspects attached to the subject of education and the psychology of the learner.

|a من بتفحص " مقدمة " أبن خلدون يلاحظ أنها ليست بحثا في التاريخ والاجتماعيات فحسب؛ بل إنها مبادئ ونظريات لدراسة مسائل تربوية ونفسية أيضا، إلى جانب فروع شتي من العلوم والفنون والآداب، وهو يبين فيها آراء قيمة، بعضها يقره عليها علم التربية وعلم النفس المعاصرين؛ وبعضها قد مر ضمن تجارب الزمان، وفي ورقتنا هذه مختصر لخصنا فيه أهم ما تعلق بموضوع التربية ونفسية المتعلم.
