المستخلص: The dangers to which consumers may be exposed during their consumption of such a large number of products have been addressed by the State through a legal arsenal that combines texts and mechanisms aimed at protecting the consumer. One of these mechanisms is the Consumer Protection Association, which is provided for in Act No. 90-03 on consumer protection and prevention of fraud in chapter VII - Consumer protection associations - which comes under title II, entitled “Consumer protection”. This leaves no doubt the role and function of consumer protection associations in protecting consumers from all risks that may be exposed to as a result of their consumption of products and services. In this intervention, we will address a problem that revolves around: “The role of consumer protection associations in promoting effective consumer protection”, which we will address through two important points:
- The legal system of consumer protection associations.
- Mechanisms of consumer protection associations and their role in consumer protection.

Les dangers qui pourraient être exposés à la consommateur au cours de la consommation de cette énorme quantité de produits traités par l'Etat à travers des règles juridique pour la protection des consommateurs, et parmi ces mécanismes, nous trouvons l'Association de protection des consommateurs prévues par la loi n ° 09-03 relative à la protection des consommateurs, au chapitre VII - les associations de protection de consommateur-, qui est placer dans le 2eme partie "protection des consommateurs", qui détermine au-delà de tout doute raisonnable le rôle et la fonction des associations de protection des consommateurs dans la protection des consommateurs de tout ce qui a été exposé au risque en raison de la consommation des produits et des services. Nous allons dans cette communication au problème centrée sur: «Le rôle des associations de protection des consommateurs dans la consécration d'une protection efficace des consommateurs» pour répondu à cette problématique il faut analyse deux points importante et à savoir: - Le système juridique des associations de protection des consommateurs. -les mécanismes de protection des consommateurs à travers des associations et leur rôle dans la protection des consommateurs.

إن الأخطار التي قد يتعرض لها المستهلك أثناء استهلاكه لهذا الكم الهائل من المنتجات تصدت له الدولة من خلال ترسانة قانونية جمعت بين النصوص والآليات التي هدفها في الأخير حماية المستهلك، ومن بين هذه الآليات نجد جمعية حماية المستهلك التي نص عليها القانون رقم 09 -03 المتعلق حماية المستهلك وقمع الغش في الفصل السابع - جمعيات حماية المستهلك - والتي جاءت تحت الباب الثاني بعنوان "حماية المستهلك"، الأمر الذي يحدد بما لا يدع مجالا للشك دور ووظيفة جمعيات حماية المستهلك في حماية المستهلك من كل ما قد يتعرض له من مخاطر جراء استهلاكه للمنتجات والخدمات.
سنتعرض في هذه المداخلة إلى إشكالية تتمحور حول: "دور جمعيات حماية المستهلك في تكريس الحماية الفعالة للمستهلك" والتي سنعالجها من خلال نقتين مهمتين وهما:
-النظام القانوني لجمعيات حماية المستهلك.
- آليات عمل جمعيات حماية المستهلك ودورها في حماية المستهلكين.
