المستخلص: Various legislations have given great importance to consumer protection associations, as they are a link that cannot be overlooked in order to achieve integrated protection with other agencies and bodies, and because they represent the community as a civil non-governmental organization and direct contact with the consumer group. It has an ability and advantage that is not available with other entities, through awareness, awareness, media and involvement of different segments of society in order to spread awareness among the consumer and even more. The law grants these associations the right to apply to the courts to protect consumers on their behalf against interveners. This is what we will discuss in some detail in this paper.

Plusieurs législations ont donné une énorme importance aux associations de la protection des consommateurs، du fait qu'elles soient un anneau de grande envergure dans l'aboutissement d'une protection complémentaires avec les autres appareils et organes; du fait aussi qu'elles représentent la société du moment qu'elles sont des organes civils non gouvernementaux et qu'elles soient en contact direct avec les consommateurs. Jouissant ainsi de capacités et de caractéristiques inexistantes dans les autres organismes، tels que la sensibilisation، les programmes d'information et l'implication des différentes tranches de la société afin de sensibiliser le consommateur. En plus de cette importance ، la loi a même donné à ces associations le droit d'ester la justice pour la protection des consommateurs en les représentant à l'encontre des intervenants. Ceci est notre sujet de recherche détaillée dans cet exposé.

أولت مختلف التشريعات أهمية بالغة لجمعيات حماية المستهلك، كونها حلقة لا يمكن إغفالها من أجل تحقيق حماية متكاملة مع باقي الأجهزة والهيئات الأخرى، وبحكم أنها تمثل المجتمع باعتبارها هيئة مدنية غير حكومية واحتكاكها المباشر مع فئة المستهلكين فهي تملك من قدرة وميزة لا تتوفر مع باقي الهيآت الأخرى، من خلال التحسيس والتوعية والإعلام وإشراك مختلف الشرائح في المجتمع من أجل نشر الوعي لدى المستهلك بل أكثر من ذلك فقد منح القانون لهذه الجمعيات الحق في اللجوء إلى القضاء لحماية المستهلكين نيابة عنهم في مواجهة المتدخلين، هذا ما سنتناوله بشيء من التفصيل في هده الورقة البحثية.
