هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن متطلبات تطوير المشروعات الصغيرة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة من خلال استراتيجية المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة من أصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة بمحافظة الدقهلية ، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة :اعتمدت الدراسة على استمارة استبانة تم تطبيقها على أصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة بمحافظة الدقهلية ، توصلت إلى أهم النتائج التالية: جمع معلومات كافية قبل البدء في تنفيذ المشروعات الصغيرة ، تحديد الاحتياجات المختلفة لأصحاب المشروعات لإقامة المشروعات الصغيرة لهم ، توفير المعلومات عن الجهات الرسمية المعنية بتنفيذ المشروعات ، تبادل الخطط والبرامج والخبرات اللازمة لإقامة المشروعات الصغيرة، إيجاد قنوات اتصال بين منظمات المجتمع المختلفة وأصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة، الاستفادة من المعارف والخبرات السابقة واستخدامها لصالح أصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة، مراعاة المرونة وتسهيل الإجراءات اللازمة لإقامة المشروعات الصغيرة بما لا يخالف القانون، العمل على استثارة أفراد المجتمع للمساهمة بالجهود المختلفة لإقامة المشروعات الصغيرة، توافر الخبرات اللازمة لدراسة المشروعات الصغيرة، توفير الإمكانات والمهارات اللازمة لإقامة المشروعات الصغيرة، والعمل على إيجاد أنشطة ترويجية للسلع التي تنتجها المشروعات الصغيرة.
The present study aimed to detect the development of small enterprises requirements to achieve the goals of sustainable development through social survey strategy sample of small projects in Dakahlia Governorate owners, represented Tools of the study: The study relied on a form questionnaire was applied to small projects in Dakahlia Governorate owners, reached a major following results : collect sufficient information before starting the implementation of small projects, identify the different needs of entrepreneurs to establish small projects to them, providing information on the official bodies involved in the implementation of projects, exchange of plans and programs necessary for the establishment of small businesses and expertise, create channels of communication between the various community organizations and owners of small businesses, benefit from the knowledge and past experiences and use them for the benefit of small business owners, taking into account the flexibility and ease necessary for the establishment of small businesses do not violate the law, work to stimulate community members to contribute to various efforts to establish small projects, the availability of necessary for the study of small projects expertise, providing the necessary resources for the establishment of small businesses and skills actions and work to create promotional activities for goods produced by small projects.
