المستخلص: إن النموذج الأنسب لمستقبل أي دولة، لابد أن يتأسس عل المعايير الدولية في صناعة وهندسة دستور ديمقراطي يتبنى المبادئ الدستورية الكبرى: مبدأ سيادة الشعب، مبدأ الفصل بين السلطات، مبدأ شرعية السلطة، مبدأ خضوع الدولة للقانون مبدأ المشروعية، مبدأ استقلالية القفاء، مبدأ الاعتراف بحقوق الأفراد وحرياتهم. ولن تكون هناك سياسة عادلة للعلاقة بين السلطة والحرية بلا هندسة دستورية، تقيم العدل مؤسسات وآليات وتهندس للمعادلة بين علائق الدولة بالفرد، والسلطة بالحرية حدودا وضمانات، ولذلك أصبحت مناهج ومقومات الهندسة الدستورية طابعا مميزاً للدولة الحديثة.

The model most appropriate for the future of any country should be based on international standards in the industry and engineering a democratic constitution adopts a major constitutional principles: the principle of sovereignty of the people, the principle of separation of powers, the principle of legitimacy of power, the principle of subordination of the state of law, "the principle of legality," the principle of independence of the judiciary, the principle of recognition the rights and freedoms of individuals. There will be a fair policy of the relationship between power and freedom without constitutional engineering, administering justice institutions and mechanisms and the engineer of the equation between the diets of the state to the individual, the power of freedom limits and guarantees, so the curricula and the foundations of constitutional engineering has become a characteristic of the modern state.
