520 |b An organizational culture is considered one of the most important topics as the variables affecting in business organizations in general and banks in particular. It represents a significant competitive advantage through what is contained of values, beliefs, traditions, and customs of those espoused and practiced by human resources in the banks. Furthermore, the management information system is also considered as an important element for the performance of the business. Therefore, both are determinant of success achieving or failure the goals. This paper aims to: Firstly, to clarify the relations of reciprocity between organizational culture and the application of management information systems at the Bank of the Republic Tripoli branch. Secondly: measuring the impact of organizational culture on the application of management information systems the bank under study. \ The paper uses the current descriptive approach with respect to the administrative literature, as the analytical method used in the analysis of the data that will be collected using a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. Furthermore, the study sample is the stratified random sample, included some of the employees, and some of the leaders administrative. Moreover, the proportion of the sample represented 50% of total research population, which is 270 participants. Thus, the sample is 135 participants . currant paper distinguishes from other studies due to focusing on the correlation between these two factors, also it is applied in the branch of the Republic Bank city of Tripoli, and will provide a valuable academic and practical information.
