المستخلص: The subject of this research paper is the application of the pre-paring the data acquisition parameters will be use for the high resolution shallow seismic reflection technique to study on shore case studies for site of investigation and some typical engineering problems. A practical pre data acquisition survey has been taken and data processing procedures for the seismic data recorded at both sites using the PC based processing software "Firstpix, seistrix3 seistrixv3" has been derives from conventional seismic processing routines. While the procedures are very similar to that carried out in petroleum industry data processing, emphasis is placed on the more important algorithms that address specified problems associated with shallow seismic reflection data. High quality shallow seismic reflection section have been produced from both study sites. The final data quality is achieved by optimum field data acquisition geometries, the use of the most suitable seismic source and careful data processing.
