High resolution shallow seismic reflection surveys have been developed and increasingly applied to geological and engineering problems to investigate the structure geological structure and stratigraphy to depths les than 100 m. Recent improvements in acquisition equipments, field technique and Pc based processing facilities have made this method a commercially viable tool for shallow ground investigation work. The main important effect for the high resolution shallow seismic reflection data processing sequences is the processing steps will be carried out by PC- processing software is to make test shots for trial for applying the full parameters in processing parameters. This case study is a practical data field ( walk-away noise) test has been taken from real seismic survey using the high resolution shallow seismic reflection technique. The data was downloaded by seisotrix3 software package using Personal computer. The data processing steps have applied to the whole walk-away test shot records. High quality of shallow seismic reflection data has been produced with a great image with good improvements of signal to noise ratio. |
