|a إن علم لغة النص بوصفه من أحدث فروع علم اللغة في العصر الحديث قد انطوى على اتجاهات بحثية متعددة، قامت بتحديد (النص / الخطاب) تحديدا متباينا، نتج عنه تطوير أهداف متنوعة. وبنظرة إجمالية يمكن إرجاع هذه الاتجاهات النصية المتعددة إلى نمطين رئيسين، أحدهما يسمى: (علم لغة النص القائم على أساس النظام اللغوي)، ويمثل المرحلة المبكرة في تطور الدراسات اللغوية المعنية بمقاربة النص. والنمط الآخر يسمى: (علم لغة النص الموجه على أساس نظرية التواصل)، ويمثل المرحلة اللاحقة المتطورة التي سيطرت على معظم الدراسات المتعلقة بنظرية النص. وستسعى الدراسة في هذا المقام إلى تناول النمط الأول مبينة الأصول الإبستمولوجية التي ينطلق منها في دراسته للنصوص، من خلال عرض بعض منجزات أعلامه الذين أسسوا له، وتروم هذه الدراسة أيضا بيان التطور المنهجي الذي لحق هذا الاتجاه في نظرته لمفهوم النص، ابتداء بكونه: (متتالية من الجمل المترابطة)، ووصولا إلى إدراكه على أنه: (بنية كلية موحدة).

|b The linguistic text science, as one of the newest linguistic science branches in modem times, had included several trends in research, which determined (the text- the discourse) Variously to develop variety of targets. Generally, these various textual trends could be belonged to two main styles or patterns: first, the linguistic text science that depends on the linguistic system. Second, the linguistic text science that depends on communication theory. As the first represents the early stage in developing the linguistic studies concerned the text approach, the second represents the later developed stage that dominated most of the linguistic text’s studies. This study aims to discuss the first style, the linguistic text science that depends on the linguistic system, explaining its epistemological assets in studying the texts and showing some of its pioneers’ accomplishments. The study also aims to explain the methodological development in the first style's look to the text, depicting it, first, as Sequential and interdependent sentences to realize it, the text, as only one Overall structure.
