520 |a بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم للإمام النورسي منهج خاص في ترسيخ الأخلاق من خلال رسائله النور، يتميز بالاهتمام الكبير الذي أعطاه القرآن الكريم بمسألة الأخلاق، حيث أن أحكام القرآن ينقص إلى ثلاثة أقسام: (أحكام اعتقاديه وعملية وخلقية)، فالأول: متعلق بالغيبيات من ذات الله سبحانه وتعال واليوم الأخر والنبوة وكلامه وصفانا، بينما الثاني: خاص بما يدور عليه العلاقات وبين الأنسان وخالقه، ومعاملاته الدائرة بين الأنسان بعضهم مع بعض، دينا و عقودا و غيرهما ، وكذلك بينه وبين الدولة، ومؤسساتها ورموزها- أما الأخير فالأحكام فيه يتعلق بما يتحل به الأنسان من الأخلاق الفاضلة، وكذلك ما يجب أن يتخل عنه من الرذائل والمفاسد. وبناء عليه فأن مدار هذا البحث بمركز حول نظرية الأخلاق وتطبيقاه لمنهج العالم الغربي الكبير صاحب رسائل النور بديع الزمان الأستاذ سعيد النورسي (رحمه الله). وقد توصل الباحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات منها: أن منهج الإمام النورسي ومسلكه الخلقي والإيماني يكمل حاجات الفرد والأمة، ويسد فراعاتهم الفكرية والروحية. 
520 |b There is a special approach for Imam Nursi to teh establishing of ethics through his Noor Teachings that is characterized by giving a great attention to teh theme of morals which has been mostly mentioned by teh Holy Quran too. Teh Provisions of teh Holy Quran are divided into three sections: (provisions of beliefs and practical as well as ethical provisions). Teh first section is related to unseen matters such as God, teh Day of Judgment, prophecy, His words and attributes. Teh second section will focus on teh relationship between teh mankind and their Creator. It is also focusing on teh transactions among human beings like debts, contracts and so on. Teh second section is also concentrating on teh relationship between man and teh state, its institutions and symbols. Teh final section will talk about teh provisions relating to teh morals that smarten up teh humans and teh section discusses teh vices and corruption that teh humans should abandon themselves from. Accordingly, this research is focusing on teh theory of ethics and its implementations of teh method of teh great Kurdish Scholar Badiuzzaman of Imam Saeed Al-Nursi (may Allah has mercy on him). This research has reached a number of outcomes: one of them is that teh approach of Imam Nursi and his way of morals and faith are complementing teh needs of teh individuals and teh community as well as they will fill teh intellectual and spiritual vacuums.
