المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مستوى القيم التنظيمية بجامعة المجمعة؛ وانعكاسات تلك القيم على مستوى تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس؛ كما استهدفت التعرف على أثر بعض المتغيرات (نوع الكلية، والخبرة، والدرجة العلمية) في تحديد مستوى القيم التنظيمية وتطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة بجامعة المجمعة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهجين الوصفي الوثائقي والوصفي الارتباطي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق استبانة للتأكد من صدقها وثباتها؛ على عينة طبقية عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بلغ قوامها(167) عضوا للعام الجامعي 2014/2015م \\ . وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن تقديرات أفراد العيئة على مجالات ( إدارة المهمة ؛ إدارة الإدارة ؛ وإدارة العلاقات ، وإدارة البيئة ) لمستوى القيم التنظيمية السائدة في جامعة المجمعة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بدرجة موافقة كبيرة، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن تقديرات أفره العيئة على درجة تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة بجامعة المجمعة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، كما وضحت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى القيم التنظيمية ودرجة تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة بجامعة المجمعة. \\ كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أيضا عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند ( 0.05) بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغيري الكلية والخبرة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لصالح \\ أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية ومن ذوي الخبرة الأكثر من ٠ ١سنوات، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a =0.05 ) لمتغير الدرجة العلمية.

Thisstudyaimedto detect thleveloforganizational values bundled university and th implications of t hose values at the level fapplication of the pranciple of total quality from the standpoint of the faculty mange ment.it also targeted identifying the impact of some of the variables (type of college ,experience and scientific degree) in determining the level of organizational values and application total quality management principles at the bundled university from the point of the study used tuioapproachesdescaitive , correlative and to achieve the opjectives of the sydy were applied aquestionaire to make sure of the validity and reliability ; on astratified random sample of faculty members stood strong (167) members of the a cademic year 2014 \\\\2015m. \\ The results of the styudy resulted in that the sample estimates on areas (task management , administration management) to the leval prevailing in the stand point of the faculty organizational values were substantially approval, as the results of the study indicated that the sampale estimate of the degree the application of total quality management principles at the bundled university fyom the view point of faculty members came largely . as explained the results and appositive relationship between the levels of statiscally significant organizational values and the degree of application of the principles of total quality management at the university of bundled it also resulted in the result of the study bout the presmce of statistically significant differences at smaple depending on the variables of the college experience for faculty members for the benefit of the faculty of educatlon members and those witk more than ten yeare of experience , whie there were no ststisticallysignificantdifferens at the level of significance (a=0.05) to avariable degree.
