المستخلص: Undoubtedly that the world is currently undergoing a severe crisis of an economic and environmental nature, at the same time shaking the pillars of society. On the other hand, we note that people are more aspiring to the development of an adequate standard of living. On this basis, the human element today has all the means to build a world in which the right of everyone is respected. The social environment in the world of work is rapidly deteriorating (high professional pressure put on employees due to layoffs, disregard of social laws, inequity and injustice. The impact of environmental factors on the human side), not to mention that economic institutions refuse to be evaluated solely on financial results, where it calls for the creation of a model of sustainable management that reconciles the economic efficiency and psychological well-being of workers. This is through the intervention of the State as a partner in governance, respect for the moral aspect of economic treatment, consideration of environmental factors in governance and respect for Social laws.

Il ne fait pas de doute que le monde aujourd’hui est secoué à la fois par une grave crise économique et écologique. En revanche, les êtres humains aspirent de plus en plus à un niveau de développement décent. Cela revient à dire que l’homme à toutes les cartes en main pour construire un monde qui respecte les droits de chaque individu. Dans le monde du travail, le climat social se détériore de plus en plus (augmentation du stress chez les salariés à cause du débauchage, salaire très bas, mépris des règles sociales, l’équité bafoué, impact environnemental sur la gestion humaine, déshumanisation), et les entreprises n’acceptent de ne plus être seulement jugées sur leurs résultats financiers mais expriment le besoin de mettre en oeuvre un modèle de management qui concilie l’exigence d’efficacité de l’entreprise et le confort psychologique des salariés en prenant en ligne de compte l’intervention de l’état en tant que Co-manager, l’éthique, l’écologie et le respect desrègles sociales.

لا يختلف فيه اثنان، أن العالم يمر حاليا بأزمة حادة ذات طابع اقتصادي وبيئي في نفس الوقت زعزعت أركان المجتمع. وبالمقابل، نلاحظ أن الإنسان يطمح أكثر إلى تطور مستوي معيشي لائق. وبناء على هذا الأساس، فإن العنصر البشري بيده اليوم كل الأوراق لبناء عالم يحترم فيه حق كل فرد. إن المناخ الاجتماعي في عالم الشغل يتدهور بسرعة (ارتفاع الضغط المهني عند الموظفين بسبب تسريح العمال، تجاهل القوانين الاجتماعية، عدم الإنصاف والعدل، تأثير العوامل البيئية على الجانب الإنساني) ناهيك على أن المؤسسات الاقتصادية ترفض أن يتم تقويمها بناء على النتائج المالية فقط، حيث أصبحت تنادي إلى ضرورة خلق نموذج للإدارة المستدامة الذي يوفق بين دواعي الفعالية الاقتصادية والرفاهية النفسية للأجراء عن طريق تدخل الدولة كشريك في التسيير، احترام الجانب الأخلاقي في معاملتها الاقتصادية، الأخذ بعين الاعتبار العوامل البيئية في التسيير واحترام القوانين الاجتماعية.
