|a هذا البحث يهدف إلى مناقشة الإشكال الواقع بين الأصوليين واللغويين بالنسبة لجمع القلة؛ إذا استعمل للعموم؛ فإن الأصوليين القائلين بالصيغة يجعلونه للعموم من غير تفريق بين كون الجمع للقلة أو الكثرة، وهو ما يخالف تقرير اللغويين للفرق بينهما، كما ذكر إمام الحرمين.\nوقد ذكرت أقوال الأصوليين في الجواب على هذا الإشكال وأدلتهم ومناقشاتهم، ثم ذكرت بعض التطبيقات على المسألة.\nوقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأصوليين استقروا على حمل الجموع المعرفة في النصوص الشرعية على العموم؛ لوجود الألف واللام التي تدل على الاستغراق، وحمل الجموع في الاستعمالات العرفية على أقل الجمع؛ إعمالا لقواعد الفقه، مثل: الأصل براءة الذمة.

|f This research aims to discuss the problem between the Usulieen (Scholars of Usul al-Fiqh) and the linguists regarding Jam’ul Qillah (pluralis paucitatis - plural of small number) when used generally. As Usulieen (Scholars of Usul al Fiqh) who prefer the formula, use it generally without distinguishing between the Jam’ul Qillah (pluralis paucitatis - plural of a small number) and Jam’ul Kathrah (plural of abudance), which contradicts the record of linguists who distinguish between them, as mentioned by the Imam of the two holy mosques.\nI have mentioned the statements of the Usulieen (Scholars of Usul al-Fiqh) in answer to this question, their evidence and their discussions, and then I mentioned some implementations on the matter.\nThe study concluded that the Usulieen (Scholars of Usul al-Fiqh) settled on using the plural definite nouns in the Islamic texts generally, because of the presence of Alif and Laam indicating apprehension and using the plurals in the common usages for two; in accordance with the rules of jurisprudence, such as: The Principle is Innocence.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
