|a إن الفكر الإنساني ما هو في الحقيقة سوى مجموعة أفكار متلاحقة وتراكمات معرفية متتالية ساهمت في بنائه جل الحضارات المتعاقبة الإسلامية منها والغربية، بل وسبقتهم إليها حضارات الأمم الغابرة. ومع اختلاف وتباين مستوى التحليل والقدرة على التنظير والنضج في المعرفة إلا أن ذلك لا يبخس حق المفكرين والعلماء مهما كانت مساهماتهم وآراؤهم بغض النظر عن انتماءاتهم الفكرية وخلفياتهم العقدية. ولا شك أن للتراث الإسلامي أهميته في مختلف المجالات العلمية وحقول المعرفة، فلأعلامه اجتهاداتهم وإضافاتهم، بل واكتشافات لم يسبقهم إليها أحد، سواء في العلوم التجريبية الطبية منها والكيمياء، وغيرها، أو في العلوم الإنسانية ومنها الاقتصادية. إن مؤرخو الفكر البشري والدارسون لتطور الحركة الثقافية الإنسانية يدركون ما لهذا التراث الإسلامي من ثراء وقوة وعمق في الطرح، وقدرة على العطاء والريادة. وإن كان الكثير من الباحثين وخاصة في الفكر الغربي لا ينسبون الأشياء إلى أصحابها في كثير من الأحيان، بل ويقفزون على مراحل التاريخ، إذ ينتقلون من مرحلة الحضارة اليونانية وتحليل نظريات أرسطو وسقراط وغيرهم إلى بداية النهضة في أوربا وظهور رواد الفكر التجاري ويهملون دراسة مساهمات المفكرين المسلمين وخاصة في الاقتصاد خلال العصور الوسطى. لذا تبرز أهمية هذه الدراسة في دراسة وتحليل الأفكار الاقتصادية لدى الإمام ابن تيمية، حيث قدم الإمام نموذجا فعالا للإشراف ومراقبة الأسواق وحماية المجتمع، والحفاظ على قيمه من خلال طرحه لمفهوم الحسبة في الإسلام، ويعد نموذج الحسبة في الإسلام آلية فعالة لضمان العدالة والتوازن في المجتمع، ويعد كتابه "الحسبة في الإسلام" من الكتب المهمة التي لها تأثير كبير بالفعل على المجتمع والتي تضع آليات ومعايير لضمان استقرار المجتمع وتحقيق العدالة والتوازن الاقتصادي.

|f In fact, human thought is only a series of successive ideas and consecutive cognitive accumulations, most of the successive Islamic and Western civilizations contributed to its construction and even preceded by civilizations of ancient nations. In spite of the different and varied levels of analysis, the ability of theorization and maturity in knowledge, this does not underestimate the right of intellectuals and scientists, whatever their contributions and opinions, regardless of their intellectual affiliations and their religious backgrounds. There is no doubt that the Islamic heritage is important in the various fields of science and fields of knowledge, as its connoisseurs have their diligence and additions, and even discoveries that have never been found out before them, either in the experimental sciences including the medical ones, chemistry, and others, or in the humanities including economic ones. The historians of human thought and scholars of the development of the human cultural movement are aware of the richness, strength and depth of the Islamic heritage, and its ability to give and lead, although many researchers, especially in Western thought, do not attribute things to their owners in many cases, but pass the stages of history. They are moving from the stage of the Greek civilization and the analysis of the theories of Aristotle and Socrates and others to the beginning of the Renaissance in Europe and the emergence of pioneers of business thought, neglecting studying the contributions of Muslim thinkers especially in the economy during the middle ages. Therefore, the importance of this study is highlighted in the study and analysis of economic ideas of Imam Ibn Taymiyah, since the imam provided an effective model for the supervision and control of markets and the protection of society, and preserving its values through the introduction of the concept of Hesba "price control or weights and measures control" in Islam. The model of "Al-Hesba" is an effective mechanism to ensure justice and balance in society, and his book "Al-Hesba in Islam" is one of the important books that have a great impact on the society, which sets mechanisms and standards to ensure the stability of society and achieve the economic justice and balance.
