المستخلص: إن الحديث عن الأدوار الجديدة لمؤسسات التعليم العالي توجها جديدا نحو نظم المعرفة وإدارتها في تلك المؤسسات: حيث أصبحت إدارة المعرفة جزءا لا يتجزأ من فلسفة التعليم وهو أحد أكثر الاتجاهات الواعدة والأسرع تطورا والتي تزيد من تنافسية التعليم العالي في عالم اليوم، وانطلاقا من اهتمام الباحثة بضرورة تطوير الأداء بمؤسسات التعليم العالي فقد سعت نحو توضيح مفهوم إدارة المعرفة وأهميتها في الفكر الإداري المعاصر، والتعرف على النماذج الحديثة في إدارة المعرفة بمؤسسات التعليم العالي، والعلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة وتنمية القدرات الإبداعية للقيادات بمؤسسات التعليم العالي، وذلك بهدف تقديم تصور مقترح لتوظيف إدارة المعرفة في تنمية قدرات الأبداع للقيادات الإدارية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي. وفي ضوء التصور المقترح تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات التي يؤمل أن تفيد الجهات العليا التعليمية وهيئات التطوير والجودة من أجل تحسين جوانب العمل ومواكبه الأساليب والمنهجيات والممارسات الإدارية المتعلقة بإدارة المعرفة لتحسين وتطوير واستثمار المخزون المعرفي المتوافر لدى القيادات الجامعية والاهتمام به كثروة كبيرة تزيد من النجاح ورفع كفاءتهم.

Talking about the new roles of institutions of higher education a new direction towards a knowledge systems and management in those institutions; where knowledge management has become an integral part of the philosophy of education, which is one of the most promising trends and the fastest growing, and that increases the competitiveness of higher education in today's world, judging from the attention of the researcher the need for performance of institutions of higher education development has sought to clarify the concept of knowledge management and its importance in contemporary administrative thought, and learn about modern forms of knowledge in institutions of higher education management, the relationship between knowledge management and development of creative abilities of leaders of higher education institutions, with the aim of providing conceived proposal to employ knowledge management creative capabilities of administrative leadership in institutions of higher education development. In light of the proposed concept was to provide a set of recommendations that will hopefully benefit the upper educational entities and bodies Development and Quality in order to improve aspects of the work and keep up with the methods and methodologies and management practices related to the management of knowledge for the improvement and development, investment stock of knowledge available to the university leadership and interest in large as wealth increases the success and raise their efficiency
