المستخلص: في ضوء الاتجاهات التربوية المعاصرة وظهور أنماط وطرق جديدة تستخدم في التدريس، تتضح الحاجة إلى تغييراً في أدوار المعلم المستقبلية، وبالتالي إعادة النظر في برامج إعداده وتدريبه، ولكي تكون هذه البرامج فاعلة فإن ذلك يتطلب إحداث تطويراً لها سواء في أهدافها وآلياتها وأساليبها، لكي يتم من خلال هذا التطوير تخطى أوجه القصور الحالية، ورغبة في مواكبة الاتجاهات المعاصرة في إعداد المعلم وتنميته مهنياً، جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أهم هذه الاتجاهات، آملين أن تساهم هذه المداخلة في بلورة ووضع لبنة إضافية لتطوير البرامج الخاصة بإعداد المعلم وتنميته مهنياً.

A la lueur de toutes les directismes éducatifs contemporaines et la parution de nouvelles formes et méthodes ,utiliseés don notre apprentissage est évident que la rôles de futur enseignant (maitre) changement, Donc,il faut changer d’airs que ce dernier (le maitre) devrait avoir une restitutions de tous les programmes (sa préparation et son entrainement) conformément aux défaits modernes. Pour que ces logeâmes soient efficaces, il faut qu’il fait une amélioration deus tous les objectifs, ses mécanismes et ses styles(démarches).pour qu’on puisse dépasser ce manque posé. Aussi, dons le but de suivre les dei marches (directories) contemporaines ai la préparation de maitre et son développement professionnel.cet étude a été faite pour connaître les directories éducatifs les plus importantes.
Encore, dans l’espoir de contribuer cet intervention fortement a la mise en place d’une nouvelle structure qui permet de développer des programmes propre meut ai la préparation de futur ensimant et de luit progresser professionnellement.


In light of contemporary educational trends and the emergence of new patterns and methods used in teaching, the need for a change in the future roles of the teacher becomes evident, and thus reconsideration of his preparation and training programs, and for these programs to be effective, this requires the development of them, whether in their objectives, mechanisms, and methods to overcome the current shortcomings through this development, and a desire to keep pace with contemporary trends in teacher training and professional development. This study was carried out to learn about the most important of these trends, hoping that this intervention will contribute to crystallizing and laying an additional building block for developing programs for teacher training and professional development.
