المستخلص: Chawki Mostefaï est une personnalité politique et historique de la guerre d'indépendance algérienne et parmi les personnalités les plus importantes qui ont porté le fardeau de la lutte dans le cadre du mouvement national, ainsi que sa compétence scientifique en tant que médecin, qui a beaucoup contribué à donner la dimension révolutionnaire du Parti du peuple algérien depuis la Seconde Guerre mondiale et a été le concepteurs de drapeau national. Chawki Mostefaï a occupé, dès 1955, des postes importants au sein du FLN. Il est devenu «ambassadeur» de la révolution algérienne en Tunisie, puis en Irak et plus tard, au Maroc. Il a également été un des proches conseillers de Belkacem Krim, alors ministre de l’Armement dans le premier Gouvernement provisoire de la République algérienne .C’est lui que le GPRA avait chargé de négocier le cessez-le-feu avec l’OAS (Organisation armée secrète), que présidait à l’époque le général Susini. Chawki Mostefaï était également membre de l’Exécutif provisoire au nom du FLN. nous essayons par le billet de cet article clarifier l'activité du Shawki Mostefai durant sa la longue lute au sein du de mouvement national et durant la révolution..

Shawki Mostafai is one of the important political and historical figures who led the struggle within the national movement framework and the liberation revolution and contributed with his scientific thought and competence to give the People's Party its revolutionary and liberating dimension, especially during World War II. He was one of the designers of the national flag.
Shawky Mostafai assumed many responsibilities in the supreme leadership of the liberation revolution. He was its ambassador to many countries, such as Tunisia, Iraq, and Morocco, among Karim Belkacem's close associates, and a negotiator for the terrorist secret army during the days of its leader Suzini. He was a member of the transitional body that was tasked with the administration of power until independence. Through this contribution, we will try to clarify this important figure's struggle during the period of the national movement and the liberation revolution.

شوقي مصطفاي من الشخصيات السياسية والتاريخية الهامة التي قادت النضال في إطار الحركة الوطنية والثورة التحريرية وساهم بفكره وكفاءته العلمية أن يعطي لحزب الشعب بعده الثوري والتحرري خاصة خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية، وكان من مصممي العلم الوطني.
اعتلى شوقي مصطفاي مسؤوليات عديدة في القيادة العليا للثورة التحريرية فكان سفيرها بدول عديدة كتونس والعراق والمغرب ومن مقربي كريم بلقاسم، ومفاوض لمنظمة الجيش السري الإرهابية أيام قائدها سوزيني، وكان عضو الهيئة الانتقالية التي كلفت بتسيير السلطة إلى غاية الاستقلال، ومن خلال هذه المساهمة نحاول توضيح المسار النضالي لهذه الشخصية الهامة خلال مرحلة الحركة الوطنية والثورة التحريرية.
