520 |b In this paper the main underlying tool which produced the construction method of Hadamard matrices is circulant matrix due to Williamson (1944). Two examples of matrices of Williamson type for the cases 4n = 12 and 4n = 20. are presented in this paper. Also, we give an answer: for which values n can we construct a Hadamard matrix Hn based on the theorems discussed in [9] ?. We conclude this paper by giving a result due to Miyamoto (1991) which adds many more values of n to construct a Hadamard matrix H„ , and also give an answer for the following question : for which values of n<1000 has the known construction methods not yielded a Hadamard matrix of order n ?
