|a أثبتت الدراسات أن الأزمات مرحلة من مراحل النظام الرأسمالي وهذا نتيجة للعولمة ولسياسات التحرير المالي والاقتصادي الكبير الذي يشهده الاقتصاد العالمي في الأونة الأخيرة، والدول العربية بما فيها الدول الخليجية ليست بمنآي عن هذه التحولات الاقتصادية العالمية ودليل ذلك تأثر اقتصاديات دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بأزمة الرهن العقاري العالمية بشكل كبير مقارنة مع الدول العربية الأخرى، وذلك نظرا لارتباطها الوثيق بالأسواق المالية العالمية ،والجدير بالذكر أن الأسواق المالية الخليجية كانت الأكثر تأثرا بأزمة الرهن العقاري والأبطا عالميا في تحقيق التعافي من هذه الأزمة.

|f Studies have shown that crises are one of the stages of the capitalist system and this is a result of globalization and the great financial and economic liberalization policies witnessed by the global economy in recent times and the Arab countries, including the Gulf states, which are not immune to these global economic changes, and the evidence that the economies of the GCC countries have been affected by the global subprime mortgage crisis is significantly different from other Arab countries due to their close association with the global financial markets.
