المستخلص: Le choix de ce sujet a ete base sur des observations d’une pratique clinique, parmi ces observations la difficulte de l’enfant handicaps a s’adapter avec ca famille et son environnement. Ce qui etait remarquable c’est la volante de la famille et en particulier la maman a aider son enfant handicaps qui se comporte d’une fafon a normal. Durant notre travail avec ce type de famille nous avons remarque qu’un probleme relationnel peut avoir un impact sur le psychisme de l’enfant handicaps et pour cette raison la sensibilisation de la famille est tres importante.

The choice of this subject was based on observations from clinical practice, among these observations the difficulty of the disabled child to adapt with his family and his environment. What was remarkable was the flying family and in particular the mother to help her handicapped child who behaves in a normal way. During our work with this type of family we have noticed that a relationship problem can have an impact on the psyche of the disabled child and for this reason the awareness of the family is very important.
