المستخلص: تتناول هذه الدراسة دور الأساليب الكمية في صنع واتخاذ القرارات التعليمية بالجامعات المصرية، حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير عملية صنع واتخاذ القرارات التعليمية بالجامعات المصرية باستخدام الأساليب الكمية في صنع واتخاذ القرارات التعليمية، وقد توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: القصور في تطبيق الأساليب العلمية والتكنولوجية في الإدارة الجامعية، وخاصة الأساليب الكمية، مما يؤثر على كفاءة النظام الإداري الجامعي، وبخاصة عملية صنع واتخاذ القرارات التي تعد لب الإدارة الجامعية.

The aim of current research is to assess the effectiveness of a proposed training program in according with quality standards in development of the faculty members awareness about their role in achieving the accreditation requirements, current research follow descriptive approach, as follow the experimental approach with single group. The research sample consisted of (25) faculty members at the department of curriculum and teaching methods at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University in Riyadh. The researchers prepared a training program for the awareness development of faculty members about their roles in achieving the accreditation requirements, as preparing awareness scale for a university professor role in achieve the accreditation requirements. The research finding illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed training program in according with quality standards in development of the faculty members awareness about their role in achieving the accreditation requirements regarding learning outcomes, assessment of students, and educational aids for students, the quality of teaching, field experiences activities and awareness as a whole. In according with these results the study recommended a number of recommendations and proposals to achieve academic accreditation requirements.
