يستعرض هذا البحث: 1. ظهور الدراسة اللسانية على يد دو سوسير، وتطور هذه الدراسة في المراحل اللاحقة على يد المدرسة الأمريكية، والتي اقتصرت على الدراسة الشكلية. 2. نشأة المدرسة التحويلية التوليدية التي أضافت إلى البنية الشكلية التفسير أدى ذلك إلى ظهور ما يسمى بالمناهج الوظيفية، أي دراسة وظيفة اللغة في المجتمع. ومن هنا ظهرت البراجماتية اللغوية وتحليل الخطاب وعلم اللغة الاجتماعي ونتج عن هذا الاهتمام بالسياق الخارجي وبالمعاني الضمنية في النص. 3. ظهور التأويل كعلم يتناول تفسير النص في ضوء الأسس الشكلية والتفسيرية والمعاني الضمنية، بعدما كان منحصرا في تفسير أو تأويل النصوص الدينية فقط. وهكذا تم الاهتمام بتأويل النص ثم دراسة تطور مراحل التأويل وألياته في المراحل اللاحقة وصولا في النهاية إلى الاهتمام بالملتقي. فالتأويل يعتمد على المتلقي لأن المتلقي هو الذي يعيد إنتاج معنى النص. ومن هنا نشأت نظرية التلقي -من أبرز ممثليها ياوس وإيزر -التي فتحت أفقا جديدا في مجال التأويل. 4. أنتج إيزر اتجاها جديدا -على عكس الاتجاهات الأخرى التي كانت ترى أن العلاقة بين النص والمتلقي تسير في اتجاه واحد-فرأى ان عمليه التلقي تسير في اتجاهين متبادلين؛ من النص إلى المتلقي، ومن المتلقي إلى النص. فبقدر ما يقدم النص للمتلقي، يضفي المتلقي على النص أبعادا جديدة، قد لا يكون لها وجود في النص.

Then Study development of hermeneutics and it is techniques in the upcoming stages, eventually, the care of the recipient .because the recipient who reproduces the meaning of the text. Thus, the reception theory has arised, which opened a new horizon in the area of interpretation. 4- Ezer produced new direction - on the contrary of other trends, which saw the relationship between the text and its recipient is going in one direction - he saw that the process of Reception is in two- ways; from the text to the recipient, and Vice versa . As far as the text gives the recipient, the recipient gives new dimensions, may not be presented in the text.
