هدفت البحث الحالي إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على الدرس البحثي (lesson study)، وتقصي أثره في تنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي، وتنمية الاتجاهات نحو توظيفها في تدريس الرياضيات لدي معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية. ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم استقراء وتحليل الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة لبناء الإطار النظري حول متغيرات البحث والمتمثلة في التدريس الإبداعي ومهاراته، وأساليب تنمية مهارات وقياسها، ومع تنمية الاتجاهات نحو توظيف مهارات التدريس الإبداعي في تدريس الرياضيات، بالإضافة إلى توصيف الدرس البحثي وأسسه، وذلك بغية توصيف أسس البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، وإعداد البرنامج متضمناً: الأهداف العامة والإجزائية، والمحتوي العلمي، وأساليب التنفيذ والمتابعة والتقويم خلال أدلة البرنامج والمواد التدريبية، كما تم بناء بطاقة ملاحظة قياس مهارات التدريس الإبداعي متضمنة (80) مفردة، وبناء مقياس الاتجاهات نحو توظيفها متضمناً (40) مفردة، مع تحكيم أدوات البحث، وقياس الصدق والثبات، ووضعها في صورة قابلة للتطبيق الميداني. واعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج شبه التجريبي تصميم أحادي(قبلي-بعدي)، تكونت عينة البحث من (33) من معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة المنوفية، وتم تعريض عينة البحث إلى أدوات البحث قبليا، ثم تطبيق البرنامج المقترح خلال العام الدراسي 2016/2017م، مع تطبيق أدوات البحث بعدياً، بالإضافة إلى معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامجSPSS : وكان من بين أهم النتائج ما يلي: . يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.01) بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين في تطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التدريس الإبداعي بصفة عامة، وكل مهارة على حدة، وذلك لصالح درجات التطبيق البعدي. . يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي α≤0.01)) بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس الاتجاهات نحو توظيف مهارات التدريس الإبداعي بصفة عامة، وكل مجال على حدة، وذلك لصالح متوسطات التطبيق البعدي. . وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة α≤0.01) ) بين درجات المعلمين في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظ مهارات التدريس الإبداعي، ومقياس الاتجاهات نحو توظيفها. ولحساب أثر البرنامج المقترح لتوصيف الأهمية التربوية/ الدلالة العملية تم حساب حجم الأثر، حيث أنت قيمة بدرجة كبيرة، مما يشير إلى الأثر الكبير للبرنامج التدريبي المقترح القائم على الدر البحثي في تنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي، وتنمية الاتجاهات نحو توظيفها لدي معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية. ووفقا لنتائج البحث وأوجه الاستفادة من نتائجه، تم التوصية بتوظيف الدرس البحثي كمدخل للتنمية المهنية لمعلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية، مع تدريب المعلمين والموجهين على خطوات استخدامه بصورة تشاركية على مستويات تخطيط وتجريب وملاحظة الدروس البحثية، ومناقشة نتائج الملاحظة بين المعلمين لتطوير الدرس البحثي، بالإضافة إلى تدريب المعلمين للتمكين من مهارات التدريس الإبداعي، ومتابعة توظيفها في تدريس الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية، بالإضافة على ضرورة الربط بين توظيف مدخل الدرس البحثي وتنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي، وتنمية الاتجاهات نحو توظفيها في تدريس الرياضيات، مع توكيد فرق عمل تشاركية من معلمي الرياضيات بتوظيف وحدات التدريب والجودة لتوظيف الدرس البحثي، وتنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي.
The current research aimed to prepare suggested training program in the light of lesson study for developing creative teaching skills, and attitude toward applying them in teaching mathematics for elementary school mathematics teachers. To achieve the main aim of this research, the related previous literature and studies were reviewed to describe the concept of creative teaching, its skills, and determine the form and the steps of using lesson study as a professional development approach in preparing the suggested training program, included: the aims of program, its content, activities, strategies and assessment strategies through program guides and training tools. To measure the dependent variable, the observation sheet of creative teaching skills was prepared, included (80) items, and the attitude scale was prepared, included (40) items. The validity and the reliability of research instrument were determined. The current research depends on the quasi experimental methodology (pre- post), and the sample of this research consisted of one experimental group selected at randomly, the experimental group consisted of (33 teachers) of elementary school mathematics teachers. They are experimental group, which was exposed to the suggested training program. After the research instruments and tools were applied (pre and post), the most important findings of this research included: There were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0,01) between the scores means of pre and post application of creative teaching skills observation sheet in general, and each skill individual in favor of the score of post application. There were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0,01) between the scores means of pre and post application of attitude scale in general, and each Dimension individual in favor of the score of post application. There is a positive, strong and statistically significant relationship at the level of (α ≤ 0,01) between the scores of the post application of creative teaching skills observation sheet and attitude scale. Finally the effect size was used to measure the effects of using the suggested training program in the light of lesson study on developing creative teaching skills and attitude toward applying them of elementary school mathematics teachers. The effects size estimates shows that the educational significance of using the Independent variable (suggested training program in the light of lesson study) on developing dependent variables (creative teaching skills and attitude). According to the results of this research, the main important recommendations are: scaling up of training the mathematics teachers using lesson study as professional development for developing creative teaching skills and attitude. Also, the mathematics teacher should set the lesson study in group of mathematics teachers through collaboratively design research lesson, collaboratively observing the research lesson, and collaboratively reflecting on teaching practice. In addition, the mathematics teachers and supervisors using the lesson study collaboratively to develop mathematics education.
