المستخلص: The research takes up the issue of the phenomenon of administrative deviation in administrative organizations in Sohag governorate through four sections. The first sheds light on the general framework of the study; its importance, objectives, problem and hypotheses. The second section deals with the theoretical framework by clarifying the administrative deviation concepts while the third section is devoted to the presentation of data analysis and the statistical results of the applied case. The fourth section discusses the findings and recommendations and finally comes the list of references.
