المستخلص: La construction territoriale en tant que résultat des dynamiques internes au territoire, est le produit direct du comportement des acteurs locaux. Il s’agit d’une articulation des logiques industrielles des entreprises et les modes de gouvernance territoriale. Les nouvelles formes de structuration des territoires tels que les technopôles, pôles de compétitivité et les clusters, renvoient aux différentes formes d’organisation de plusieurs acteurs colocalisés. L’objectif de cet article est de mesurer le rôle de la gouvernance locale, avec la mise en évidence du comportement des acteurs institutionnels et économiques, dans l’organisation industrielle et l’émergence d’un technopôle électronique et électroménager à Bordj Bou Arreridj (Algérie).

Territorial construction as a result of intern territorial dynamics. is the direct product of the behavior of local actors. It is an articulation of the industrial logics of companies and the modes of territorial governance. New forms of territorial structuring, such as technopoles, competitive poles and clusters, refer to the different forms of organization of several collocated actors. The objective of this article is to measure the role of local governance, with the identification of the behavior of institutional and economic actors, in industrial organization and the emergence of an electronic technopole in Bordj Bou Arreridj (Algeria).

البناء الإقليمي كنتيجة للديناميكيات الداخلية للإقليم، هو نتاج مباشر لسلوك الفاعلين المحليين، يتعلق الأمر بالمنطق الصناعي المشترك للمؤسسات وأنماط الحوكمة الإقليمية، الأشكال الجديدة للهيكلة الإقليمي مثل الأقطاب التكنولوجية، الأقطاب التنافسية والتجمعات، تشير إلى أشكال مختلفة من تنظيمات العديد من الفاعلين المحليين. والهدف من هذا المقال هو قياس دور الحوكمة المحلية، مع تحديد سلوك الفاعلين المؤسسيين والاقتصاديين في التنظيم الصناعي وظهور قطب تكنولوجي للصناعات الإلكترونية في ولاية برج بوعريريج (الجزائر).
