المستخلص: This article aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the model of raising hope as a model for the Arab Council for Childhood and Development to raise the Arab child in the Arab society. It referred to the initiative of the Arab Council for Childhood and Development to adopt a new model for the education of Arab children, who represent one-third of the population of the Arab countries, taking into consideration the new international strategies in the field of child rearing according to the human rights approach. It focuses on supporting the culture of child rights, disseminating them and achieving the comprehensive development of the child in an educational, emotional, physical and cultural manner, as well as to protect it from the violence and the abuse, to achieve real participation of children and mainstreaming children with special needs and street children.
The results have confirmed the need to develop the adult awareness, prepare children for participatory principles, to prepare institutions to use the new model, to develop mechanisms of influence with policies and decisions, to issue the legislation and activate the movement to support the principles of rearing, and to review and evaluate the community progress. The society's commitment to the principles of the new Arab model can be ensured, that confirmed that the process of upbringing the Arab children is done with children not only for them. It provides opportunities and positions to emerge with the younger generation to a humanitarian circle that enhances their dignity and unleashes their human energies in thinking and creativity in accordance with the human rights and participatory principles, it represent the human rights entrance to prepare children for access to a knowledge, development and progress society..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018


هدف المقال الحالي إلى الكشف عن فاعلية نموذج تربية الأمل كنموذج للمجلس العربي للطفولة والتنمية لتنشئة الطفل العربي في المجتمع العربي. حيث أشار إلى مبادرة المجلس العربي للطفولة والتنمية لتبني نموذج جديد لتنشئة الأطفال العرب الذين يمثلون ثلث سكان الدول العربية يأخذ في اعتباره التوجهات الاستراتيجيات الدولية الجديدة في مجال تنشئة الطفل وفقاً للنهج الحقوقي الإنساني، ويركز على دعم ثقافة حقوق الطفل ونشرها وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة للطفل معرفياً ووجدانياً وبدنياً وثقافياً، إضافة إلى العمل على حمايته من العنف والإساءة وتحقيق مشاركة حقيقية للأطفال ودمج الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والأطفال في وضعية الشارع.
وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة علي أن تنمية وعي الكبار، وتهيئة الأطفال لمبادئ التشاركية، وإعداد المؤسسات لاستخدام النموذج الجديد وتطوير آليات التأثير مع السياسات والقرارات، وإصدار التشريعات وتنشيط حركة دعم مبادئ التنشئة، ومراجعة وتقييم التقدم المجتمعي، يمكن أن تضمن التزام المجتمع بمبادئ النموذج العربي الجديد الذي يؤكد أن عمليات تنشئة الأطفال العرب تتم مع الأطفال لا من أجلهم فحسب، ويتيح فرصاً ومواقف للخروج بالأجيال الصاعدة إلى دائرة إنسانية تعزز كرامتهم وتطلق طاقاتهم الإنسانية في التفكير والإبداع، وفق مبادئ إنسانية، وحقوقية وتشاركية وهي تمثل المدخل الحقوقي لإعداد الأطفال للولوج إلى مجتمع المعرفة والتهيئة والتقدم.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
