المستخلص: The purpose of this paper is to assess the Government Role in Environment Protection. It concentrates on the Economic Tools and availability of applied it in Egypt in light of internal and Global changes. It offers specific proposals to protect the Egyp¬tian Environment. The paper concludes that more efficient and effective protection system should provide by economic tools and fiscal policy. Fulfilling these requirements will help and protect the Egyptian Environment and save it to the new generation. The research recommended implementation of some ways and solutions to each obstacle it illustrated, as well as the importance of more studies to different phenomena hinders the Egyptian Environment with using other countries experiences. The research concerned with the Egyptian Environment future in the light of the local and international changes. It studies the Egyptian Environment future in the light of the international technological development. The research studies the Egyptian Environment future in light of the reform policy of the Egyptian economy with the evaluation and analysis of the public sector role. Final word, The research recommended implementation of the importance of the private sector role in light of the market economy and the role of the state in protecting the Egyptian Environment through the treatment of tax ,as well as regulations . We also believe that technical assistance to Environment offices in the developing world is essential as the needs of countries throughout the world are clear-training and technical assistance to enable them to establish and maintain an effective protection system. I believe that the bilateral and multilateral re]sources are available to help each country do so. Doing so will satisfy international obligations, more importantly, it will be an obligation that every state has to its people to protect and preserve economic and political freedoms.
