المستخلص: Through this study, we tried to disclose the importance of the use of information and communication technology in the educational-learning process, whilst considering that education represents the greatest human investment as its outputs are responsible for the building of the society. Therefore, education was one of the priorities and concerns of the State, which must be taken care of and developed in light of the rapid development of information and communication technology, which has experienced a wide dissemination due to what it provides in terms of a variety of high quality media technologies which contribute to the increased efficiency of the educational-learning process. That is by controlling its elements and engaging the learner through his interaction with the educational standing and by increasing his absorption and understanding, in addition to the possibility of communicating with him through the use of audio and video communication programs, thus making the educational environment more interesting and exciting, with the possibility of raising the participation of the learners by raising the level of education training and building job skills, by minimal time and effort.
However, in light of what ICT services offer, in terms of services, there are impediments preventing the optimal utilization of ICT (Information Communications Technology). That is like the lack of its provision in educational institutions, in addition to the inability of the teacher to learn from them and to train in them, and the absence of a culture to keep up with the latest developments of the age. This makes training with ICT devices more than necessary for teachers primarily, in order to establish a contemporary school led by a contemporary teacher.

حاولنا من خلال هاته الدراسة الكشف عن أهمية استخدامات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في العملية التعليمية التعلمية وذلك باعتبار أن التعليم أكبر استثمار بشري لما يوفره من مخرجات مسؤولة عن بناء المجتمع لذا كان التعليم من أولويات الدولة واهتماماتها الني ينبغي العناية به وتطويره في ظل مواكبة التطور السريع لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال التي عرفت نواحا وانتشارا كبيرا لما توفره من وسائط وتقنيات متنوعة عالية الجودة تساهم في زيادة كفاءة العملية التعليمية التعلمية وذلك بالتحكم في عناصرها وإشراك المتعلم من خلال تفاعله مع الواقف التعليمية وزيادة استعابه وفهمه وإمكانية التواصل معه من خلال استعمال برامج الاتصال بالصوت والصورة مما يجعل البيئة التعليمية أكتر تشويقا وإثارة وإمكانية مشاركة المتعلمين بشكل أكبر من خلال رفع مستوى التعليم والتدريب وبناء مهارات وظيفة بأقل وقت وجهد.
إلا أنه وفي ظل ما توفره تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال من خدمات توجد معيقات تحول دون توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بشكل أمثل كعدم توفرها أمهلا بالمؤسسات التعليمية بالإضافة إلى عدم تمكن المعلم والتعلم منها والتدرب عليها وغياب ثقافة مواكبة مستجدات العمر وهذا ما يجعل التكوين على أجهزة تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصال أكثر من ضرورة فيما يخص المعلم بالدرجة الأولى للتأسيس إلى مدرسة معاصرة يقودها معلم معاصر.

Nous avons essayé a travers cette étude de détecter l'importance des utilisations de l’informatique dans le processus d'enseignement-apprentissage en considérant que l'éducation est le plus important investissement humain ; car elle fournit les sorties responsables de la construction de la communauté ; donc l'éducation était l’une des priorités et des préoccupations de l'État qui devrait être prise en charge et de l’évoluer sous le développement rapide de la technologie qui a connu une grande population et propagation parce qu'elle offre une variété de médias et des techniques de haute qualité contribuent à accroître l'efficacité du processus d'éducation apprentissage en contrôlant ses éléments et engager l'apprenant par l'interaction avec les attitudes éducatives et augmenter sa compréhension et la possibilité de communiquer avec lui par l'utilisation de programmes de communication, audio et vidéo, ce qui rend l'environnement d'apprentissage plus intéressant et passionnant et d’agrandir la possibilité de la participation des apprenants a en élevant le niveau d’apprentissage , la formation et les compétences professionnelles, avec moins de temps et d'effort.
Toutefois, et d’après ce que offre la technologie des services; il existe aussi des obstacles des utilisations de l’informatique ;comme son absence dans les établissements d'enseignement, en plus de l'incapacité de l'enseignant et l'apprenant de cette technologie et l'absence d'une culture de suivre l'évolution de la vie et c'est ce qui rend les informations de configuration et de la communication, des appareils plus de la nécessité par rapport à l'enseignant avant tout pour la création d'une
