المستخلص: This study was relied upon the application of the five major factors model of the personality in respect to determining the profile/feature of the student teacher's personality. That is by identifying the most common features of high school students for lecturers/teachers. The study also seeks to identify whether there are statistically significant differences attributable to the gender variable. Therefore, a field study was conducted on a sample of 120 students from the Higher School of Professors (in Bouzareya). Where the results obtained indicated that the conscientiousness factor was the highest in terms of being spread among students, followed by the neuroticism factor, then extroversion, followed by the openness to experience factor and finally agreeableness. In addition, the presence of statistically significant differences in personality factors attributable to the gender variable was not established.

Cette étude est basée sur l'application du modèle des Big Five, pour déterminer le profil de personnalité de l’étudiant enseignant, à travers l'identification des caractéristiques les plus répandus chez les étudiants de l’école Normale Supérieure, et d'identifier s’il y a des différences statistiquement significatives selon le sexe. Par conséquent, l'étude sur le terrain a été réalisée avec un échantillon de 120 étudiants de l’école Normale Supérieure (Bouzaréah), dont les résultats obtenus confirment que le facteur de Conscienciosité était le plus répandue chez les étudiants, suivie par le névrosisme, puis l’agréabilité, puis l’extraversion, et enfin l’ouverture à l'expérience. Par contre les résultats obtenus affirment qu’il n y a de différences statistiquement significatives selon le sexe.

اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على تطبيق نموذج العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية في تحديد ملمح لشخصية الطالب الأستاذ، وذلك خلال التعرف على السمات الأكثر شيوعا لدى طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة، كما التعرف على ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزي لمتغير الجنس. لذلك تم اجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة 120 طالب وطالبة من المدرسة العليا للأساتذة (بوزريعة)، أين أوضحت النتائج المتحصل عليها بان عامل يقظة الضمير كان الأعلى انتشارا لدى الطلبة، ويليه عامل العصابية، ثم الطيبة، ثم الانبساطية، وأخيرا الصفاوة. كما انه لم يثبت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في عوامل الشخصية ترجع لمتغير الجنس.
