المستخلص: يكتسي البحث العلمي أهمية بالغة في حقل المعرفة وشتى العلوم، ذلك أنها تسمح للباحث أو الدارس الولوج في خباياه وحلوله وإماطة اللثام عن بعض القضايا والمشاكل وسبل ترقية الفرد والمجتمع على حد سواء.
يجد البحث العلمي مكانه أكثر في الجامعة التي تزود المؤسسات بمختلف أشكالها بالإطارات أو ما يسمي بالموارد البشرية ومن قواعد التعليم الجامعي نجد منهجية البحث العلمي التي يتعلمها منذ أن يضع قدماه في السنة الأولى تدرج في جميع العلوم والشعب ومن بينها شعبة الحقوق، والمنهجية ملازمة للطالب والباحث والأستاذ الباحث في الجامعة والمدارس العليا و المعاهد المتخصصة وفي مؤسسات البحث العلمي، لهذا أردنا إبراز في هذا المقال كيفية إعداد بحث علمي واخترنا درجة ما بعد التدرج لأننا مارسنا واكتسبنا منها التجربة ومازلنا نبحث وهذه التجربة اكتسبناها في مختلف أطوار التعليم ولا سيما درجة الماجيستر.
أطروحة الدكتوراه هي عبارة عن بحث أصيل جديد فيه قيمة مضافة وعالي المستوى ويستقطب شرائح المجتمع ومفيدة للجامعة كما تساعد الباحث عن تنمية قدراته وتعميق تخصصه.

The scientific research is very important in the field of knowledge and various sciences, as it allows the researcher or learner to access its secretes and solutions revealing some issues , problems and ways to promote the individual and society as well.
The scientific research finds its place more in the university, which provides the institutions in various forms with the frames or the so-called human resources. The methodology of the scientific research is represented in the rules of the university education, which the student learns since enrolling his name , in the first year, in all the sciences and branches including the Division of law, and the methodology which is inherent to the student, researcher and the researcher professor at the university, the higher schools, specialized institutes and the scientific research institutions. In this article , we wanted to highlight how to prepare a scientific research and chose the post degree of the graduation because we exercised and gained experience from it and we are still searching. We have acquired this experience in different stages of education, in particular the master's degree.
The doctoral dissertation is a new original research with added value and high-value that attracts the segments of community giving certain benefits to the university. It also helps the researcher to develop his abilities and deepen his specialization.
