|f Political scientists advocate the process by which individuals acquire their political beliefs and attitudes: namely political upbringing. Political upbringing is a concept of studying the evolutionary process through which children and adolescents acquire political awareness, attitudes, and behaviors. It means the process through which the individual receives certain political orientations or through which people learn their political beliefs and values and form their opinions and attitudes. Political upbringing is carried out by a number of institutions, including the family, school, university, and media of all kinds, whether audio, visual or written, such as cartoons. This research paper deals with the relationship between caricature and political upbringing in view of the importance of this relationship in establishing a rational political awareness on the one hand and research into the required and imperative values contained in the cartoons. In particular, the cartoonist discourse — especially political — goes beyond language and geography, making it responsible for the development or strengthening of the cultural, political, and moral systems of human societies.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a يدعو العلماء السياسيون العملية التي بها يكتسب الأفراد معتقداتهم ومواقفهم السياسية: تنشئة سياسية. والتنشئة السياسية مفهوم يتعلق بدراسة العملية التطورية التي يكتسب من خلالها الأطفال والمراهقين إدراكا ومواقف وسلوكيات سياسية. أي العملية التي من خلالها يكتسب الفرد توجهات سياسية معينة. أو يتعلم من خلالها الناس معتقداتهم وقيمهم السياسية ويكونون آراءهم واتجاهاتهم. إذ أن التنشئة السياسية تضطلع بها مجموعة من المؤسسات أهمها: العائلة، المدرسة، الجامعة، وسائل الإعلام باختلاف طبوعها وأنواعها سواء المرئي أو المسموع أو المكتوب كالرسوم الكاريكاتورية مثلا. وتعالج هذه الورقة البحثية العلاقة بين الكاريكاتير والتنشئة السياسية نظرا لأهمية هذه العلاقة في التأسيس لوعي سياسي رشيد من جهة، والبحث في القيم التي تتضمنها الرسوم الكاريكاتورية من متطلبات ومستلزمات، خاصة وأن الخطاب الكاريكاتوري - لا سيما السياسي منه- يتخطى عنصري اللغة والجغرافيا، مما يجعله منوطا بتنمية أو تعزيز المنظومات الثقافية والسياسية والأخلاقية للمجتمعات البشرية.

|d Les politologues appellent l’opération par laquelle les individus acquièrent leur croyances et positions politiques "la socialisation politique ". \nLa socialisation politique est une notion liée à l’étude développement des comportements et des positions politiques chez les jeunes enfants .Elle regroupe plus spécifiquement les mécanismes de formation et de transformation des systèmes individuels de représentations, d’opinions et d’attitudes politiques.La socialisation politique est prise en charge par un certain nombre d’établissements dont les plus importants sont : la famille, l’école ; l’université bien sûr l’ensemble des moyens de diffusions de masse (écrits, sonores, visuels) comme la caricature par exemple. \nCette recherche revient sur le rapport de la caricature et de la socialisation politique et sur l’importance de cette relation dans le fondement d’une bonne conscience politique. \nCette étude vise à montrer que le dessin caricatural, surtout politique dépassent largement les frontières langagiers et géographiques et participe activement dans la consolidation des systèmes culturels, politiques et éthiques des différentes communautés humaines.
