|f This study aims to identify the fact that the university professor has adapted to the objectives of the LMD system through two main tasks, which are teaching and evaluation. These two are considered as the link between the professor and the student in an attempt to determine how he adapts to the teaching and evaluation strategies that are adopted in this reform. We have created a form consisting of 79 items divided into three dimensions: teaching course, teaching methods and evaluation methods on a sample composed of 84 university professors from the College of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Institute of Management of Civilized Technologies. The results of the study indicated clearly that the level of adjustment was somewhat moderate and tended to be weak.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|d Cette étude visait à évaluer la réalité de l’adaptation de l’enseignant universitaire avec les objectifs du système LMD à partir de deux de ses missions principales, à savoir « l'enseignement » et « l'évaluation », qui représentent un lien direct entre lui et ses étudiants. Nous essayons à travers cette évaluation de déterminer dans quelle mesure l’enseignant universitaire utilise actuellement les stratégies d'enseignement et d'évaluation adoptées dans la réforme LMD. Nous avons alors développé un questionnaire composé de 79 items , répartis sur 03 dimensions : les programmes d'enseignement, les méthodes d'enseignement, les méthodes d'évaluation, que nous avons distribués sur un échantillon de 84 enseignants de la faculté des sciences sociales et humaines, et l'Institut de gestion des techniques urbaines. Les résultats de la recherche ont montré qu’il y’à une faible adaptation de l’enseignant universitaire, au niveau de ces institutions , aux stratégies d'enseignement et d'évaluation du système LMD.

|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على حقيقة تكيف الأستاذ الجامعي مع أهداف نظام LMD من خلال مهمتين أساسيتين من ضمن المهام التي يؤديها وهما التدريس والتقييم، واللتين تعتبران همزة الوصل بينه وبين الطالب في محاولة منا لتحديد مدى تكيفه مع استراتيجيات التدريس والتقييم، التي تم اعتمادها في هذا الإصلاح. حيث طبقنا استمارة متكونة من 79 بندا مقسمة على 3 أبعاد هي مقرر التدريس، طرق التدريس أساليب التقييم على عينة تتكون من 84 أستاذا جامعيا من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية ومعهد تسيير التقنيات الحضارية. فكانت نتائج الدراسة تشير بوضوح الى ان مستوي هذا التكيف نوعا ما متوسط يميل الى الضعيف.
