المستخلص: The subject of the proficiency of the university professor falls within the framework of the latter's relationship with the quality standards of higher education. Upon this premise, the current research aims to “identify the proficiency of the university professor in light of the standards of higher education quality”. This then consequently raises the main question: “What are the most important competencies that the university professor must have in order to fulfil the quality of higher education?”
To accomplish this objective, the descriptive methodological approach was employed to study the subject by using the interview and questionnaire as data collection tools from a sample of 102 professors for the two academic years (2014-2016).
The following conclusions were drawn from this research:
The presence of several variables as determinants of the proficiency of the university professor in light of higher education quality standards, the most important of which are: The presence of the planning variable, lesson execution variable, the evaluative variable, the profile dimension variable and the professional development variable.

La compétence de l’enseignant universitaire, est un thème qui s’inscrit dans le cadre de la relation entre ce dernier et les normes de qualité de l’enseignement supérieur.
Dans cette perspective, L’objectif de la présente recherche est d’identifier La compétence de l’enseignant de supérieur à la lumière des normes de qualité de l’enseignement universitaire.
Elle pose donc la question : «Quelles sont les compétences les plus importantes qui doivent être disponibles dans le professeur d'université pour obtenir la qualité de l'enseignement supérieur?»
Pour atteindre cet objectif, il se fondait sur l'approche descriptive, en utilisent l’entrevue et le questionnaire sur un échantillon de (102) enseignant universitaire.
Au terme de cette étude, nous sommes parvenus aux résultats suivants :
L’existence de plusieurs variables délimiteurs pour la compétence de professeur d'université à la lumière des normes de la qualité d'enseignement supérieur, y compris L'existence des variables suivantes: La planification ;La mise en œuvre de la leçon. L’évaluation. La dimension personnelle. Le développement professionnel.

يندرج موضوعكفاءة الأستاذ الجامعي ضمن إطار علاقة هذا الأخير بمعايير جودة التعليم العالي. من هذا المنطلق يهدف البحث الحالي إلى «التعرف على كفاءة الأستاذ الجامعي في ضوء معايير جودة التعليم العالي»؛ فهو بذلك يطرح التساؤل الرئيسي الآتي: « ماهي أهم الكفاءات التي يجب أن تتوفر في الأستاذ الجامعي لتحقيق جودة التعليم العالي؟»
لتحقيق هذا الهدف، تمَّ الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لدراسة الموضوع من خلال الاعتماد على المقابلة والاستبيان كأداتي جمع للبيانات من عينة تكونت من (102) أستاذا للسنتين الجامعيتين (2014-2016).
خرجنا من خلال هذا البحث بالنتائج الآتية:
وجود عدة متغيرات كمحددات لكفاءة الأستاذ الجامعي في ضوء معايير جودة التعليم العالي أهمها: توفر متغير التخطيط. توفر متغير تنفيذ الدرس. توفر متغير التقويم. توفر متغير البعد الشخصي. توفر متغير التطوير المهني.
