Le contraste phonétique entre deux consonnes ou deux Voyelles, dans les lectures coraniques extra-canoniques d'Abou- djaafar, offre et soulève un nombre d’interrogations sur le problème de changements de sens des groupes consonantiques et vocaliques plusieurs mots de plusieurs lectures coraniques.
Mais ce phénomène a clairement aussi des changements importants de sens, sans que ces mots s'inclinent vers d'autres sens différents de ce que le coran a comme but.
Notant bien, que l'unité phonémique concernant le contraste phonétique a pour changements fonctionnels.
Enfin, cet article intitulé «Le contraste phonétique des groupes consonantiques et vocaliques dans les lectures d'Abou- djaafar d'après les ouvrages d'Ibn khalawih et Ibn djinni», met en lumière la spécificité phonétique des lectures coraniques, même en basant seulement surle côté vocalique.

التغاير الصوتي بين الصوائت (المصوتات القصيرة) في قراءات أبي جعفر الشاذة، موضوع بالإمكان أن نميط بواسطته الحجاب عن جملة تساؤلات حول ما إذا كان ذلك يؤثر على معاني الألفاظ أم لا يؤثر؟ ومن وقوفنا على مصادر القراءات المتيسرة لدينا تمكنا من رصد مجموعة يسيرة من قراءات أبي جعفر التي غاير فيها بين المصوتات القصيرة، قد يكون الاختلاف فيها وظيفيا أو غير وظيفي، فإذا أدى الاختلاف بين الصوتين إلى اختلاف في المعنى بين كلمتين متشابهتين في بقية أصواتهما، سمي هذا الاختلاف وظيفيا، ودخل ضمن دراسة الفونيميك... ولنا في هذا المقال نماذج من قراءات أبي جعفر الشاذة بالإمكان أن تتكفل بإجلاء ذلك ببساطة ووضوح تامين
