Le renouveau en matière de civilisation en constitue l’élément moteur et le facteur de sa continuité. C’est un mouvement de développement ascendant qui aspire toujours vers le meilleur. Ce mouvement, avec ses dimensions humaines multiples et complémentaires, est déterminé par certaines conditions qui lui permettent de se réaliser, mais se heurte parfois à des obstacles qui entravent sa concrétisation. Les entraves du renouveau sont liées à l’individu et son milieu, et entrent en relation avec sa personnalité dans toutes ses dimensions ; des entraves à caractère vital, psychique et social. Certaines d’entre elles sont subjectives, d’autres sont objectives, certaines sont inhérentes à la société, d’autres en sont externes. L’individu et la société ne peuvent aspirer à la civilisation qu’en surpassant tout ce qui entrave le renouveau et la créativité pour atteindre le point à partir duquel commence le processus de mettre l’histoire en mouvement. The revival of civilization is the driving force and the factor of its continuity. It is an upward movement of development which always aspires to the best. This movement, with its multiple and complementary human dimensions, is determined by certain conditions that allow it to happen, but sometimes faces obstacles that hinder its realization. The barriers to renewal are linked to the individual and his environment, and relate to his personality in all its dimensions; vital, psychic and social barriers. Some of them are subjective, others are objective, some are inherent in society, others are external. The individual and society can only aspire to civilization by surpassing everything that hinders renewal and creativity to reach the point from which the process of setting history in motion begins.
