|a سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة توضيح إحدى ميكانيزمات التراتب الاجتماعي، الفاعل فيها أحد أقطاب المجتمع ألا وهو الفقيه، الذي حاز مكانة مرموقة في المجتمع بفضل انتهاجه واختياره وسلوكه طريق العلم، الذي بفضله أخذ العلوم الشرعية وحفظ لكتاب الله وحمله في صدره، جعل منه هذا الأخير يحوز مكانة الشريف، والنسب الصالح والولاية التي تضفي عليه القداسة بسبب إخلاصه وبلوغه المقامات العليا في صحبة أولياء الله الصالحين وآل البيت حبيب الله.

|f Through this study, we will try to explain one of the mechanics of the social hierarchy. Thes study discusses one of the great leaders of the society, namely, the jurist. He acquired a prestigious position in society thanks to his adoption, choosing and moving on the path of science, under which he learned the Shariah sciences and memorized the Holy Qur'an and preserved it in his chest. This latter acquired him the status of the noble, the pure descent, and the friendship that gives him holiness because of his fidelity and reaching the highest positions in the company of the pious worshipers of Allah and the family of the prophet (PBUH).\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
