|d L’objectif de cet étude intitulée stratégie de l’état adoptée pour transmettre les valeurs de la citoyenneté à travers les programmes scolaires.\nLa Citoyenneté en tant que concept moderne; est un produit de la modernité qui se concrétise en une structure de l’Etat. qui signifie une convention signée d’une façon imaginaire entre l’individu et les mécanismes de prise de décision de la société.\nCe lien qui est créé dans l’état a joué un rôle important dans le processus de l’intégration national des individus et a maintenu la stabilité politique.\nEt pour maintenir cette stabilité, l’état adopte une stratégie pour inculquer les valeurs de la citoyenneté dans la société à travers l’école.

|f Education and civic education are considered as an entry point for thinking about preparation to the modern society, through the use of the means provided by the education mechanisms and institutions to help in the process of expanding and developing the values of modernity in Arab societies.\nThe individual has become the indicator, by which the progress of societies and the achievement of political development is measured, so countries attach great importance to the preparation of the individual, the pupil through school, where the latter is considered the citizen of tomorrow.\nOne of the requirements of the state and the needs of society is to achieve a balance in the relationship between the ruler and the governed, i.e., between individuals and the political community, and to be a cooperative relationship rather than a hostile relationship. The state adopts the strategy of nationalization of the project of citizenship and the citizens' society by instilling in the student, the individual the values of citizenship through school programs and prepare him to deal peacefully with state institutions.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a تعتبر التربية وتعلم المواطنة بمثابة مدخل من مداخل التفكير في الإعداد إلى مجتمع الحداثة، ذلك عن طريق الاستعانة بما توفره آليات التربية ومؤسساتها من وسائل مساعدة في عملية توسيع وتطوير قيم الحداثة في المجتمعات العربية.\nأصبح الفرد المؤشر، الذي يقاس به مدى تقدم المجتمعات وتحقيق تنمية سياسية، لذلك تولى الدول أهمية كبيرة لإعداد الفرد، التلميذ من خلال المدرسة، حيث يعتبر هذا الأخير مواطن الغد.\nومن متطلبات الدولة وحاجات المجتمع، تحقيق توازن في العلاقة بين الحاكم والمحكوم، أي بين الأفراد والمجتمع السياسي، وأن تكون علاقة تعاون وليست علاقة عدائية، فتتبنى الدولة استراتيجية توطين مشروع المواطنة ومجتمع المواطنين أين تغرس في التلميذ، الفرد قيم المواطنة من خلال البرامج المدرسية وتحضره للتعامل بطريقة سلمية مع مؤسسات الدولة.\n
