المستخلص: نظرا للأهمية الكبيرة التي تلعبها الثورة النفطية في الاقتصاد الجزائري، وباعتبارها موردا ناضبا من جهة، ولتميزها بتذبذب أسعارها في السوق العالمية الفريدة من نوعها من جهة أخري، لهذا فإن مسألة الاهتمام بالاستغلال الرشيد والعقلاني لهذا المورد تعتبر أكثر من ضرورية، كما أن البحث عن بدائل قطاعية للمحروقات تعتبر مسألة مصيرية للجزائر ويعتبر كل من قطاع الزراعة، الصناعة والسياحة أهم القطاعات التي يمكن أن تحقق التنمية المستدامة للاقتصاد الوطني، وهذا باستخدام الوفرة المالية التي تحوزها الجزائر، نتيجة الإيرادات النفطية، خاصة وأن الجزائر تملك كل مقومات النجاح للاستثمار في هاته القطاعات. والمقال المقدم يبين من خلال أمثلة وسيناريوهات واقعية بأن البدائل متوفرة وقابلة للاستغلال بأقل التكاليف، وخاصة في الجنوب الغربي الجزائري وبمنطقة بشار تحديدا.

Compte tenu de l’importance du pétrole dans l'économie algérienne, et du fait qu’il s’agit d’une ressource non renouvelable d'une part, et parce qu'elle se caractérise par des fluctuations de prix importantes d'autre part, la question de l'intérêt pour l'exploitation rationnelle et raisonnable de cette ressource est considérée comme plus que nécessaire pour économie rentière comme celle de l'Algérie. Les secteurs de l'agriculture, de l'industrie et du tourisme, peuvent de ce fait, contribuer à un développement durable de l'économie nationale, et cet article explore justement et par le biais de quelques scénarios et exemples ces substituts au modèle de rente actuel, et notamment au sud-ouest Algérien et plus précisément dans la région de Béchar.

Given the great importance played by the oil revolution in the Algerian economy, and as a depleted resource on the one hand, and because of its fluctuating prices in the global market on the other hand, the issue of attention to wise and rational exploitation of this resource is more than necessary, the search for sectoral alternatives to hydrocarbons is also a crucial issue for Algeria. Agriculture, industry and tourism are the most important sectors that can achieve sustainable development for the national economy, this is due to the financial abundance Algeria enjoys as a result of oil revenues, especially as Algeria has all the elements of success to invest in these sectors. The article presented here shows, through examples and realistic scenarios, that alternatives are available and can be exploited at the lowest cost, particularly in the Algerian south-west and specifically in the Bechar region.
