المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى التعاون بين أولياء الأمور والاختصاصيين في معاهد وبرامج الصم وضعاف السمع بمدينة الرياض، والعوامل المساهمة في تفعيل التعاون بين أولياء الأمور والاختصاصيين في تلك المعاهد والبرامج، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (654) فرداً منهم (233) من الاختصاصيين و (421) من أولياء الأمور، طبق عليهم استبانة أولياء الأمور واستبانة الاختصاصيين العاملين في معاهد وبرامج الصم وضعاف السمع، توصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات الاختصاصيين حول رأيهم بمدى تعاون أولياء الأمور معهم تعزي لاختلاف طبيعة عملهم، وأيضاً إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أولياء أمور الطلاب حول رأيهم بمدى التعاون بينهم وبين الاختصاصيين تعزي لاختلاف متغير عدد أفراد أسرهم، وأن الاختصاصيين في معاهد وبرامج الصم يتعاونون مع أولياء الأمور بشكل كبير، بينما لا يتعاون أولياء الأمور مع الاختصاصيين في معاهد وبرامج الصم بشكل جيد، أما في برامج ضعاف السمع فقد تبين أن كل من أولياء الأمور والاختصاصيين لا يتعاونون مع بعضهم البعض بشكل جيد، وأشارت النتائج أيضاً إلى وجود فروق تعزي إلى مجموعة من المتغيرات من أهمها: أن الاختصاصيين ذوي الخبرة الأعلى يرون أن أولياء الأمور يتعاونون معهم بشكل أكبر مما يراه الاختصاصيون ذوي الخبرة الأقل، وأن أولياء الأمور ذوي الدخل المحدود وذوي المستوى التعليمي الأقل يرون أن الاختصاصيين يتعاونون معهم بشكل أكبر مما يراه أولياء الأمور ذوي الدخل المرتفع والمستوى التعليمي الأعلى.

The study aimed to identify the extent of cooperation between parents and specialists in institutes and programs for the deaf and hearing impaired in Riyadh, and the factors contributing to the activation of cooperation between parents and the specialists in those institutes and programs, has reached the study sample (654) persons, including 233 specialists and (421) from the parents, applied to them to identify the parents and the identification of specialists working in the institutes and programs for the deaf and hearing impaired, the study found the results to the absence of significant differences between specialists responses about their opinion the extent of cooperation of parents with them due to the different nature of their work, and also to the lack of there were statistically significant differences between the parents of the students' responses differences about their opinion the extent of cooperation between them and the specialists are attributable to the different variable number of their family members, and that the specialists in institutes and programs for deaf collaborate with parents dramatically, while not cooperating parents with specialists in institutes and programs for the deaf in good, but in the hearing impaired program has been shown that both the parents and the specialists do not cooperate with each other well, and the results indicated also to the existence of differences attributable to a variety of variables including: the specialists experienced Supreme believe that parents are cooperating with them more what he saw specialists with the least experience, and parents with limited income and education level with at least see that the specialists collaborate with them more than he sees parents with higher income and educational level top.
