|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فاعلية استخدام حافظة عينة عمل المعلم(TWS) Teacher Work Sampleفي تنمية التفكير التأملي لدى الطالبات المعلمات بقسم التربية الخاصة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي على عينة قوامها 80 طالبة من طالبات المستوى الثامن ببرنامج بكالوريوس التربية الخاصة، واللاتي يقمن بالتدريب الميداني كمتطلب للتخرج قسمت إلى مجموعتين تجريبية (40 طالبة) وضابطة (40 طالبة). أداة الدراسة كانت مقياس التفكير التأملي لأيزنك وولسون. (Eysenck & Weilson Reflectiveness Scale)تم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي استخدام حافظة عينة عمل المعلم مدة (15 أسبوعا)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسط درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي وذلك لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، في حين دل حساب حجم التأثير باستخدام "مربع ايتا" على تأثير مرتفع لحجم أثر تطبيق حافظة عينات عمل المعلم(TWS) على تنمية التفكير التأملي لدى الطالبات المعلمات بقسم التربية الخاصة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة ومناقشتها تم اقتراح بعض التوصيات التربوية، من أهمها تبني استخدام منهجية عينات عمل المعلم (TWS)من ضمن متطلبات التدريب الميداني بأقسام التربية الخاصة في كليات التربية.
|b The present study aimed to verify the effectiveness of the use of Teacher Work Sample portfolio (TWS) in the development of reflective thinking among students teachers of Special Education Department. To achieve the objective of the experimental method has been used on 80 students on the eighth level of Bachelor program of Special Education, and who perform field training as a requirement for graduation. Divided into experimental group (40 students) and a control (40 students). The study was a tool scale (Eysenck & Weilson Reflectiveness Scale). The training program application period (15 weeks), and the study results: the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the average scores of the experimental and control groups in the post application in favor of the experimental group, and the presence of statistically significant differences at (001) between the average scores of the experimental group in the two applications pre and post for the benefit of the post application, while del calculate the size of the effect by using the "square ETA" a large effect on the size of the impact of the application (TWS) on the development of reflective thinking among students parameters Special Education Department. In light of the results of the study have been proposed and discussed some of the educational recommendations, notably the adoption of the use of the Teacher Work Sample methodology (TWS) from within the field of special education training in colleges of education requirements.
