المستخلص: أصبحت العتبات، هذا المفهوم الذي أرسى، جيرار جنيت، دعائمه يحتل، اليوم، مكانة لا يمكن إغفالها في الدراسات الأدبية الحديثة والنقد المعاصر. يقترح هذا البحث دراسة العتبات في رواية "الرماد الذي غسل الماء" للروائي الجزائري عز الدين جلاوجي. إذ شكل العنوان العام والتصديرات والإهداءات والحواشي مدخلا مهما لقراءة النص وإضاءته.

L’étude des paratextes, cette notion définie principalement par le critique Gérard Genette, occupe, de nos jours, une place incontournable dans les études littéraires modernes et la critique nouvelle. Cet article propose d’étudier les paratextes dans l’oeuvre romanesque de l’écrivain algérien Azzedine Djlaoudji intitulé « Al ramad alladhi guassala alma » le titre général, les épigraphes, les dédicaces, les notes de bas de page ou références, dont la fonction consiste à illuminer ce texte littéraire et assurer sa réception.

The study of paratexts, this notion defined, mainly, by the french critic “Gérarad Genette ”, has an interesting part in modern literature studies and new criticism. The present article suggests to study paratexts in the novel of algerian author “Azzeddine Djelawdji” intitled : “ Arramad allathi ghassala almaa, precisedly : the novel’s title, the borrowings, the dedications, the fringe’s notes which took part in the enlightment and the reading of this literary text.
