المستخلص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى لفت الأنظار إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بلغات الاختصاص وبالخصوص لغة القانون. حيث تطرقنا فيه إلى مفاهيم لغة الاختصاص وأنواعها. ثم ناقشنا أهم القضايا المتعلقة بلغة القانون وخصائصها وصعوباتها وكذا آخر الاتجاهات في هذا الميدان. ولتبيان أوضح لصورتها كان لا بد من مناقشة البناء اللغوي للنص القانوني ما بين العربية والفرنسية التي أدت إلى وضع معالم للنص القانون العربي ونظيره الفرنسي المتميزين كثيرا.

Le présent article vise à attirer l’attention à la nécessité de donner de l’importance aux langues de spécialités notamment la langue juridique. Nous avons mis en évidence les différentes définitions et types de la langue de spécialité. Ensuite, nous avons discuté les questions les plus importantes, les caractéristiques et les difficultés de la langue juridique. Afin de bien dessiner son image, il fallait discuter la structure linguistique du texte juridique entre l’arabe et le français, ce qui a mené à mettre des repères au texte arabe et français qui sont assez distincts l’un de l’autre.

This article aims to draw attention to the need to focus on specialty languages, including legal language. We have highlighted the different definitions and types of the specialty language. Then we discussed the most important issues, the characteristics and difficulties of the legal language. In order to draw properly its image, it was necessary to discuss the linguistic structure of the legal textin Arabic and French, which led to set benchmarks in Arabic and French text that are quite distinct from one another.
