المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي دور كلية التربية بجامعة طيبة في مواجهة التحديات السلبية للعولمة الثقافية من وجهة نظر طلابها وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث رصد ثلاثة أبعاد تتصل بدور الكلية تمثلت في المناهج الدراسية وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والأنشطة التربوية بلغت عينة الدراسة 286 طالباً وطالبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي نتائج منها حصول البعد المتصل بالمناهج الدراسية علي أعلي متوسط ومقداره 3.65 وحصل بعد أعضاء هيئة التدريس علي المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط مقداره 3.54 يليه مباشرة بعد الأنشطة التربوية حصل علي متوسط مقداره 3.53 كما حصلت الأبعاد الثلاثة علي درجة أثر كبيرة ولم تبين الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط إجابات الطلبة تعزي لمتغير الجنس ولا المستوي الدراسي بينما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزي لمتغير الإقامة لصالح فئة المدينة وأوصت الدراسة بالالتفات إلي التراث العربي الإسلامي لإعادة قراءته وتكييفه ثم توظيفه كقوة تحمي الهوية الثقافية، وإعداد برامج تربوية وتعليمية وإعلامية تخدم تقوية أرتباط الشباب في المجتمع السعودي بعناصر وأبعاد عقيدته وهويته الثقافية والاهتمام باللغة العربية وتدريسها للناشئة والشباب باعتبارها الحامية لهوية المجتمع الثقافية.

The study aimed to identify the role of the Faculty of Education at the University of Taiba in the face of the negative challenges of cultural globalization from the point of view of its students. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method where he observed three dimensions related to the role of the college, represented in curricula, faculty members, and educational activities. The sample of the study reached 286 male and female students, and the study reached conclusions that the dimension related to the curriculum has the highest average of 3.65 and the dimension of the faculty members has acquired second place with an average of 3.54, followed immediately by the dimension of educational activities, which got an average of 3.53. The three dimensions also obtained a significant degree of effect. The study did not show that there were statistically significant differences between the students' average responses attributed to the sex variable and the educational level while there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of residence for the benefit of the urban category. The study recommended paying attention to the Arab-Islamic heritage to read it repeatedly and adapt it and then use it as a force that protects cultural identity, the preparation of pedagogical, educational, and media programs that serve to strengthen the association of young people in Saudi society with the elements and dimensions of its faith and cultural identity and interest in the Arabic language and teaching it to young people as the protector of the cultural identity of society.
