المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة الرضا الأدائي للمشرفين التربويين بمحافظة القريات من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس والمعلمين وتتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال التالي: ما درجة رضا مديري المدارس والمعلمين عن أداء المشرف التربوي في إدارة التربية والتعليم في محافظة القريات؟ ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير أداة الدراسة على شكل استبانة مكونة من (40) فقرة وتم التحقيق من صدقها وثباتها وإجراء منهج البحث الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري ومعلمي المدارس في إدارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة القريات بالمملكة العربية السعودية خلال العام 1435/1434 ه والبالغ عددهم 97 مدير مدرسة و 1684 معلم تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 41 مديرا و 414 معلماً وهي تغطي مجتمع الدراسة بشكل علمي. حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة عليهم لقياس اتجاهاتهم حول موضوع الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك حالة من الرضا العام عن عملية الإشراف التربوي لمدراء ومعلمي المدارس في محافظة القريات. وأوصت الدراسة بعقد لقاءات دورية بين المشرفين التربويين ومدراء المدارس والمعلمين بشكل حلقات نقاشية لتعزيز مستوى العلاقة بينهما.

The current study aimed to identify the degree of performance satisfaction of education supervisors at Al-Qurayat governorate from the perspective of school principals and teachers. The main problem of the current study lies in the following question: What is the degree of satisfaction of school principals and teachers towards the performance of the educational supervisor in the Department of Education in Al- Qurayat Governorate?. In order to answer this question , the study tool , represented by a questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire consisted of 40 items which were verified regarding validity and reliability. The descriptive approach was also applied. The study population consisted of school teachers and principals working in the directorate of education of Al – Qurayat governorate in Saudi Arabia during the academic year 1434-1435 Hijri. The study population consisted of 97 school principals and 1684 teachers. A random sample of 41 principals and 414 teachers were selected covering the population of the study in a scientific manner. The questionnaire was distributed to them to measure their attitude towards the subject of the study. The result of the current study showed that there is a state of overall satisfaction regarding the process of educational supervision of the schools principals and teachers in Al-Qurayat governorate. The study recommended the necessity of holding regular meetings between the educational supervisors and school principals and teacher in the form of seminars to enhance the level of their relationships.
